5 /5 Melissa Lesle: The salon was bright and clean and all the staff was friendly! Kim was excellent with my daughter... she got a cut and color and made her feel comfortable. The cut looks great, and so does her coloring! I also got a pedicure with Carol, and shes amazing! Over 30 years of service, and it shows. Well definitely go back!

1 /5 Amanda Winfield: The nail salon is filthy. I sat down and was concerned the nail cart did not look clean and she had used tools on it. I asked her to spray them with rubbing alcohol in case they were used before me, should’ve left then. She did the manicure and then took the tools and put them in a tray which I assumed was the dirty tray since it had someone else’s fingernail clippings in it. She then tried to pick them back up and use them on my toes! I said please stop I’m leaving! I paid for my nails (shouldn’t have but did) and got out of there as quickly as possible to run home and clean my hands thoroughly! Hoping I won’t get an infection!

1 /5 d3posit: My mom and I went to this hair salon and I was excited to my hair done. I wanted only highlights and the first girl was great but the highlights didn’t match exactly the picture I had showed them. And the second girl decided to cut my hair and I asked not too short and it looks exactly short as I did not want it to be. My mom got her hair done the first time and it was great , she said. After she went back she said that the girl that did her hair was in a rush and my mom asked to not get her hair cut and the girl still did it, my hair looks absolutely horrible and short and the highlights do not match my dark red hair. They’re completely two toned color.

1 /5 Sonam Delvadia: This place was truly awful. I had come in and no one had greeted me, or recognized that I was waiting to be served for a few minutes. I finally got someones attention and then they brought me over to the pedicure chairs. I asked for a pedicure, and a gel manicure with a simple art design, but was told they could not do the art design. I then asked for French tips, with specific colors, but when the technician started, she started doing it incorrectly. I then got frustrated and just asked for a regular manicure. When they had done my manicure, they did not ask me for the shape I wanted my nails, and just assumed I wanted them square. They also cut too deep on my toe nails and fingernails, causing me to bleed. Unsolicited advice on my toe color was also given and not appreciated. They also were obviously talking shit about my preferences or me in Vietnamese, which did not make me feel comfortable. Upon payment, I provided cash, and was expecting my change, but they did not give me anything back and cashed the change as tip, without even asking me how much I would like to tip. TLDR: dont come here for any manicures or pedicures. They do not do a good job. EDIT to their response: I didnt even get my hair done as stated in my first review... seems like a standard response you give to all customers who put bad reviews

1 /5 Erin Brown: Bad experience with Tiffany. Very pushy and salesy, then she had the audacity to ask me to come back and to send people her way. Haha- no! She was unbelievably unprofessional. She also left stray hairs all over my face and was frustrated when I wouldn’t get highlights. I had to jump through some hoops, but the owner Kim answered my call. If you do decide to come here you can ask for Kim. AVOID TIFFANY. It’s too late for any more stars because I am still bothered by Tiffany’s rudeness. Update: while I appreciate the offer 3 months later for a free redo, I cannot trust any stylists here until Kim makes better hiring decisions. Also I have since been to a local beauty school and the student noticed the layers in the back (from my cut with Tiffany) were uneven. I didn’t even catch that! The student and her teacher fixed my layers and repaired the damage Tiffany had done! During my visit with Tiffany she also pointed out gray hairs when I saw her. I have since also colored my hair (also at the same school) and they did great. It’s crazy that students who aren’t even licensed yet can do better and show more professionalism and skill! There are plenty of talented stylists out there who are still in school. Try a school under a teacher’s supervision instead for a cheaper hair service- I still highly recommend against getting a Groupon from this place.
