James Lee Took my car in and they were very upfront and honest. Went in thinking I needed a part of the clutch replaced, they recommended I do a bigger service job due to parts wearing out. They totally understood my hesitancy and kept the parts that they replaced to show me at the end.
Very communicative about the entire process and apologized profusely even though I’m very certain they could’ve charged more for labor since they tried really really hard to get something to work without replacing a final piece. Ended up not working so I needed another part done by them, but again - they were very fair and very honest. You don’t get that very often. I’m gonna be honest - I don’t know much about cars or the parts that go into a car, but they were honest with me, charged fairly, and they’ve earned my business moving forward.
If you’re worried about who to go to, I won’t hesitate to bring them my business moving forward. If you’re new to Marysville, which, to be honest, most of you reading up on mechanics in the area might be, I highly recommend these guys. Car repairs are never cheap, but I rest easy knowing that the service I got done was necessary. Thanks guys!!
