They are very professional about their work and handle communication superbly! They are a family-run business by very honest people. Ive never been treated so well at a shop that I can remember. I felt the whole time that I talked to them that they were listening to me and genuinely concerned. If there were 10 Stars I would give them that. Highly recommended for anybody that is having car problems and wants honest, polite and genuine people to work on your vehicle. It was also a pleasure that I got my vehicle repaired so quickly. If I need more work done on my vehicle that I cant do myself I will go to them. Thank you GTO tire and Auto repair!

The prices are fair and competitive, and I appreciate that they don’t try to upsell unnecessary services. It’s clear they care about taking good care of their customers and keeping them coming back. Overall, I’m really happy with the service here and highly recommend them if you want reliable, honest, and efficient work on your tires.

James Lee Took my car in and they were very upfront and honest. Went in thinking I needed a part of the clutch replaced, they recommended I do a bigger service job due to parts wearing out. They totally understood my hesitancy and kept the parts that they replaced to show me at the end. Very communicative about the entire process and apologized profusely even though I’m very certain they could’ve charged more for labor since they tried really really hard to get something to work without replacing a final piece. Ended up not working so I needed another part done by them, but again - they were very fair and very honest. You don’t get that very often. I’m gonna be honest - I don’t know much about cars or the parts that go into a car, but they were honest with me, charged fairly, and they’ve earned my business moving forward. If you’re worried about who to go to, I won’t hesitate to bring them my business moving forward. If you’re new to Marysville, which, to be honest, most of you reading up on mechanics in the area might be, I highly recommend these guys. Car repairs are never cheap, but I rest easy knowing that the service I got done was necessary. Thanks guys!!

Loy Conklin I had a very long list of problems with my 1967 ford truck. Joy knew exactly what to do to get it squared away. Joy instills great confidence with her in-depth knowledge of these older vehicles. And, she charged much less than I expected. Definitely recommend. !

Louie Martinez I came in today to bring one of my vans in for service and this is the 3 time it’s been here and Lexi and Brandy are awesome! They are always so nice and polite to me and are always helping me and my driver out. I highly recommend coming here, they both will take great care of you! 10/10 in my book!!!
