Sarah Linderman I called and got an estimate on a replacement of my catalytic converter and I had called around to many of places and couldnt beat the price they quoted me. Everyone there was so friendly from the office woman. I do apologize I dont recall your name to the gentleman whom showed myself the bad cat afterwards. They got my car in and fixed in a timely manner and couldnt be more thankful. They also told me I could come by anytime and check to see if it would pass smog. I feel they definitely go above and beyond for their customers and would highly recommend them. Thank you all for such an amazing experience with your shop ❤️

Jared Martino This is the best customer service I have gotten in years. I never leave reviews but these guys earned it. They guaranteed to get tires in stock and put on same day. The truck delivering the tires was in a wreck. They actually closed down the other location early and sent the serviceman to the distributor to get my tires and stayed open an hour later to put them on. They were honest and hardworking people that havent lost sight of good customer service and a guarantee you can count on. Give them business over these large chains the wont disappoint you.

William Henry I am very happy I chose Marysville Meineke for my leaky mufler replacement. Not only they replaced my muffler but they did a complete vehicle inspection also! All done in 2 hours! My TOYATA truck of 21 years runs and SOUNDS great again!

Loy Conklin I had a very long list of problems with my 1967 ford truck. Joy knew exactly what to do to get it squared away. Joy instills great confidence with her in-depth knowledge of these older vehicles. And, she charged much less than I expected. Definitely recommend. !

Timothy Freer This business is run extremely well. They provided me with excellent customer service and Superior mechanic services. They are very professional about their work and handle communication superbly! They are a family-run business by very honest people. Ive never been treated so well at a shop that I can remember. I felt the whole time that I talked to them that they were listening to me and genuinely concerned. If there were 10 Stars I would give them that. Highly recommended for anybody that is having car problems and wants honest, polite and genuine people to work on your vehicle. It was also a pleasure that I got my vehicle repaired so quickly. David Levyssohn I had a link issue with my ECM. I decided to stop by Kent’s. Allen was very knowledgeable and professional when he diagnosed my car and did not charge an arm and a leg. I will go back again if I need help with something else
