We even mentioned that and instead of charging us for one they were fully upfront and honest about us only needing a patch, got it done so quickly and charged us only $50 for a permanent patch. Great friendly vibes, would 100% come back again!

Mary Bigham Nick at Porsche Monterey went above and beyond to get my 2005 turbo s back to me in peak condition, while allowing me to use their beautiful Porsche cayenne as a loaner! They rebuilt the motor and kept it within a few dollars of the original estimated cost. The price they quoted me was very reasonable and less im sure than if I took it somewhere else. Having the car going on 3 months because of covid and waiting on parts from Germany, they kept in touch with me and never asked for the loaner back. They gave me a 2 year warranty as well. I feel very confident in recommending anyone to take their Porsche to Monterey Porsche for service, or even a complete rebuild.

Lily A long overdue review: Natales saved my beautiful 1997 Ranger from the scrap heap. I bought it used --- single-owner, only 75,000 miles and had lived the last twenty years like a pampered house cat, rarely taken out of the garage, so I thought Id hit the lotto. It drove beautifully for about a month. Then came the oil leaks, followed by an ominous engine ticking. By the time I took it to Natales, it felt like every additional mile was damaging the truck --- which they confirmed, on the spot. It took two months. They basically rebuilt or replaced everything under the hood. No call went unanswered and I was contacted regularly with updates and estimate adjustments. The transparency was outstanding and the work first-class. Not an odd sound or a drip since. I couldnt be more grateful. Ill never take my truck to another mechanic.

Thomas Galland Dropped by after getting a puncture in our tire and needed to go back home on the same day (70 miles north). Unfortunately it was too far gone to repair and the shop didnt have a new tire, but a used one. However, after contacting the local dealership where we got our car from, turns out they had one in stock. The mechanic was concerned about our safety and didnt feel comfortable putting the runflat back on. I made a suggestion to borrow the used tire, get the new tire on, and bring the used one back and they accepted. Thanks for helping us get back on our way, and here is the proof that we returned the tire, hopefully it was still there.
