5 /5 Taren Austin: While visiting my sister in-law in Monterey, my car started jerking and would not drive. The tow truck driver took my car to Pacific Motor. He said they were very good. Indeed they were. After running diagnostic tests they identified my radiator had cracked. I drive an Infiniti FX 35. The car is 14 yrs old and in good condition. The front office staff, Beatrice and Rory, provided outstanding professional customers care. They shared information about where to dine and shop nearby, as I had to walk. The office was clean, stocked with books, and they provided me water. The technical automotive staff fixed my car within eight hours. This was amazing. Most repair shops could not come close to obtaining parts and completing repairs so efficiently. With complete confidence I drove my car back to San Jose. If I am in the Monterey area again, I will schedule time for them to service my car as prodigious customer and car care are hard to find.

5 /5 Joe Lawry: I had my Honda Accord towed to Pacific motors after accidentally running over a curb. I wanted the car undercarriage checked out. Beatrice was very polite, kind and professional. She gave me a timeline when the car would be checked out. The manager, Rory had the car inspected by an expert technician and show me a small scratch that occurred, but the rest of the car was fine. They’ve been in business for many years and I would take my Honda back to them.

5 /5 JMO: The customer service is the best you can hope for. Beatrice will field any and all questions, will go through quotes in depth, and is just a super personable and responsive person. The shop also has competitive prices compared to all the other major shops in the area.
