1 /5 Destiny Garcia: I paid $573 for the technician’s time, but the work was left incomplete. After the payment, there was no follow-up from their side — I had to chase them down repeatedly. As a customer, I expected the technician to follow up and ensure the job was completed, not leave me doing the work myself.
I even requested a partial refund for the unfinished work, but the technician continued to ignore my messages. I had to finish the job myself, including getting the tail lights, strip lights, and dog lights to work — tasks I clearly mentioned in the beginning.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I do not recommend this business and would advise others to think twice before hiring them. I am still waiting for a response regarding my refund.
