Wendy Crow I can not tell you about costs because I do not know going rates. I can tell you I am absolutely ignorant about cars. This business could have done extra and unnessary repairs as part of maintenance because I wanted a full workup. They told me it was unnecessary. I thought my brakes needed to be replaced, and they said they were not needed yet. Recently, my drivers side power window stopped working. They spent time getting it back up and didnt charge me.

Chris answered at the crack of dawn, scheduled a time to go out, and poured over every inch of that car. Not a single ding or scratch was missed, and he gave me a lot of real valuable insight as to how the car was overall. You probably think I paid an arm and a leg for such a great experience. I pay less to take my wife to dinner sometimes. If I EVER need mechanical help in California again, I know who I’m calling.
