Melanie Lui Received good care the ER at Temecula Valley Hospital while on a trip to CA from Hawaii. However, the billing (Laperouse) for the the ER doctor sucks! They sent me a bill for the full amount. When I called they said they did not have my health insurance info (dual coverage). I gave them the info. A month later they send me a "Final Notice" bill for the full amount. Fortunately, I called my insurance carrier and they said a claim was in process. When I called Laperouse, the guy said to just disregard the bill. Hoping that the claim goes through soon and that I dont hear again from the billing company!

Richard Herberger The staff are very professional. Ryan is an excellent provider and cares for each and every patient that he comes in contact with. I am blessed to have found this group. Also Mike is amazing at what he does always ensuring patients are taken care of

Holly Garrett Doctors and nurses are amazing people. The hospital was really nice. I also had a great interaction with the help desk lady and told her how amazing the staff was and all the nurses. These women and a few men work hard for people there. And the experience wasn’t as long as I thought. The staff was all wearing holiday gear which made me feel welcome. They valet your car there which was really nice. And the view from the waiting area was beautiful.

daisy saucedo The staff and Dr. Berns are all very professional and kind. I brought my mother-in-law to her surgery appointment. They allowed me to go in the back with her while they prepped her for surgery. This was extremely important for my mother-in-law as she had so much anxiety. Everyone treated her so kindly and were extremely patient with her. My mother-in-law and I are very pleased with the level of care she received.

L I went in to see Dr Satinder Mann for a nerve conduction test. She was absolutely wonderful and kept me feeling comfortable through out the whole test. This isnt a pain free type thing either. Super grateful that I was able to see her because this was the best experience Ive had with a doctor throughout my health troubles. She was very knowledgeable, explained every step of the way and was able to give me great advice. I wish she could be my doctor permenantly.

Khorshid Davtalab I have been a patient of Dr. Anita Jackson for at least 7 years now. She has helped me so much. The staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone. My only complaint is the nurse practitioner. She was incompetent and very rude. I will be very happy when Anita Jackson returns from her vacation. I recommend anyone to see Dr. Anita Jackson, but the nurse practitioner is a definite note for me

Amber T N.P. Dani Thomas is truly awesome! Finding a doctor’s office you like can be challenging. The staff at the front are nice and friendly as well. When I found this office and had my first appointment with Dani, she listens and takes my concerns seriously. She’s kind and makes me feel completely comfortable with any topic of medical discussion. I have now gone to her for years and it was my best choice choosing her. I’m not a fan of going to the doctor’s but knowing I have Dani who my appointment is with, I’m not nervous and I know I’m in good hands.

Greg Richards Facility was clean, comfortable and well staffed. Staff is very responsive and friendly. Dr. Gounder is very professional and unlike a lot care providers, he actively listened to my concerns and help build a great plan of care. Vibes are good here.
