Andrea C Highly recommend. Rarely do I encounter such excellent service when encountering a tire issue on cross country trips. This shop is female friendly, there was no “ little lady” treatment and they talked to me as a valued customer even though I live out of state. Wait area was clean and well lit. They put on cartoons when my son asked them. Will definitely send my friends their way that live in the area. Also will not hesitate to use them should I need to on another trip out that way.

Jared Martino This is the best customer service I have gotten in years. I never leave reviews but these guys earned it. They guaranteed to get tires in stock and put on same day. The truck delivering the tires was in a wreck. They actually closed down the other location early and sent the serviceman to the distributor to get my tires and stayed open an hour later to put them on. They were honest and hardworking people that havent lost sight of good customer service and a guarantee you can count on. Give them business over these large chains the wont disappoint you.

James Lee Took my car in and they were very upfront and honest. Went in thinking I needed a part of the clutch replaced, they recommended I do a bigger service job due to parts wearing out. They totally understood my hesitancy and kept the parts that they replaced to show me at the end. Very communicative about the entire process and apologized profusely even though I’m very certain they could’ve charged more for labor since they tried really really hard to get something to work without replacing a final piece. Ended up not working so I needed another part done by them, but again - they were very fair and very honest. You don’t get that very often. I’m gonna be honest - I don’t know much about cars or the parts that go into a car, but they were honest with me, charged fairly, and they’ve earned my business moving forward. If you’re worried about who to go to, I won’t hesitate to bring them my business moving forward. If you’re new to Marysville, which, to be honest, most of you reading up on mechanics in the area might be, I highly recommend these guys. Car repairs are never cheap, but I rest easy knowing that the service I got done was necessary. Thanks guys!!

Sarah Linderman I called and got an estimate on a replacement of my catalytic converter and I had called around to many of places and couldnt beat the price they quoted me. Everyone there was so friendly from the office woman. I do apologize I dont recall your name to the gentleman whom showed myself the bad cat afterwards. They got my car in and fixed in a timely manner and couldnt be more thankful. They also told me I could come by anytime and check to see if it would pass smog. I feel they definitely go above and beyond for their customers and would highly recommend them. Thank you all for such an amazing experience with your shop ❤️

Timothy Freer This business is run extremely well. They provided me with excellent customer service and Superior mechanic services. They are very professional about their work and handle communication superbly! They are a family-run business by very honest people. Ive never been treated so well at a shop that I can remember. I felt the whole time that I talked to them that they were listening to me and genuinely concerned. If there were 10 Stars I would give them that. Highly recommended for anybody that is having car problems and wants honest, polite and genuine people to work on your vehicle. It was also a pleasure that I got my vehicle repaired so quickly. If I need more work done on my vehicle that I cant do myself I will go to them. Thank you GTO tire and Auto repair!

Louie Martinez I came in today to bring one of my vans in for service and this is the 3 time it’s been here and Lexi and Brandy are awesome! They are always so nice and polite to me and are always helping me and my driver out. I highly recommend coming here, they both will take great care of you! 10/10 in my book!!!

Chris Abundo Ben and his Dad, Matthew, are just really genuine guys that do honest work and reliable guaranteed job well done. I had an issue with my vehicle regarding AC and motor fan issues. Ben went above and beyond to fix my vehicle right away; he even came in to his shop on his day off to ensure I wouldnt suffer during this hot triple digits weekend! Great service and quality work!

Mary Gnagie I called at 12:08 to see if I could get a smog today. They said yes, but we are closing early today. So I ran out the door and took my time in Marysville traffic. Took me right in. The car passed and I was on the road by 12:36. Fantastic job! Thank you for staying in this heat
