Wailani Sung Second time going to BT Nails and Spa and I am really happy with the results. I had the dip powder manicure and gel pedicure and everything came out perfect. I even tried the nail designs since I saw the pictures on their website. My manicurist Van came up with a pretty design for me right on the spot. Definitely going back.

Danielle Serrano My mom and I been coming to this shop for decades (my besties grandma came here for yrs prior & recommended ) . Tina and all of the nail techs are top notch at this no frills unfancy but clean neighborhood nail salon. Bring your headphones and enjoy your extremely fair priced quality services. Best to make an appointment bc this is a local gem but sometimes you luck out on a last min call or walk in.

Regine Great service today for me and my bf!! Everyone was very caring and attentive. Store was very clean and tidy. My bf said this was the best treatment he has gotten a nail salon. We enjoyed our pedicures today, definitely high quality and will definitely be back. Thank you Classy Nail Salon!!

Vivian Chen Kim does the best gel extensions I’ve found in all of SF. No lifting for 6 weeks just grown out. Lynn does the coolest designs, there hasnt been one I wanted that she couldn’t do. The salon has limited charms though if theres a specific one you want to use you should bring it yourself. They have common ones like bows and rhinestones.

lez E Very friendly environment, didnt feel uncomfortable. Or rushed ,They were very kind and helpful when it came down to not knowing what color I wanted. I choose something i normally wouldnt but i love it. They did great job on my nails and my friends , Ann was my nail lady !!

Rian Dindzans I cant add a picture because I cant get a good picture of them but my nails look amazing and Ive been absolutely delighted by them since I got them! I went in on Dec 4, 4:30 pm, and was assisted by the lovely Lainey! This was my first time getting a basic pedicure and my first time getting UV gel nails, and I could not be happier with how gentle and thorough the process was! I use a power wheelchair and couldnt transfer out, so when I signed up for my appointment I let them know about my situation. They were ready for me before I even went in! Due to not walking my feet are very sensitive, and Lainey was incredible. Her job with the cats eye was also amazing, and its lasting a really long time! I cant wait to go back for my birthday! The tables were high enough that I could pull up facing forward with my chair and lean just a bit forward so she could do my nails. Next to the pedicure chairs was an open space, so I parked my wheelchair there and they brought over two stools and a portable foot tub with hot water, and lined with a plastic bag to ensure hygiene. The door is not automatic but the receptionist was very attentive and kind, and made sure to hold the door open for me both on my way out and on my way in! The front desk is a little high for most wheelchair users, so if you use a wheelchair too you may need to ask for help using the card reader. Total cost of basic pedicure + gel manicure + nail polish removal + cats eye design came out to be $120. Well worth it in my opinion!

Jill Coulson Vivian’s shop is so beautiful and they are all so kind and friendly. They offer so many services to take care of your needs. The shop is absolutely beautiful and very clean. It is the best salon I have been to with their exceptional service. Thank you so much for taking such time and care with my gel fill and gel pedicure. I will be back next year when we come back to Navarre!

Alesha Bell The service was great. The owner Marcela was very detail oriented. The staff take their time and dont rush anything. They sanitize everything before and after use. They are kind and friendly they even offered me drinks and snacks. i got a fill and a pedicure for only 90 dollars which is relatively inexpensive. The owner gave me some kind words and took pictures to share on social media.
