5 /5 Alesha Bell: The service was great. The owner Marcela was very detail oriented. The staff take their time and dont rush anything. They sanitize everything before and after use. They are kind and friendly they even offered me drinks and snacks. i got a fill and a pedicure for only 90 dollars which is relatively inexpensive. The owner gave me some kind words and took pictures to share on social media.

1 /5 Joan Estep: I called ahead to see if they could fit me out on a Saturday afternoon and they told me they were all booked up, and recommended I come in on another day. I had a very tight schedule so I was going to find somewhere else, but they she me know they could fit me in on Sunday at 10 AM when they open. When I arrived, there was one manicurist on staff, and someone else getting their nails done and who was about halfway thru. The manicurist let me know that they were appointment only so I double checked to make sure I was at the right place, as this was my first time there. I let her know that I spoke with someone the day before, and they booked me for an appointment at 10 am that morning. She didn’t know why they said that and she was the only person there she wouldn’t be able to help me for another hour. Very frustrating experience considering I was going to find somewhere else, and the owner insisted that I come in and would fit me in when they actually did not have the space or capacity to do so.

5 /5 Paola Merino: Marcela is Amazing!!!!!!!! Love this place, recently changed nail spots and let me tell you this place really cares about you leaving happy. Marcella took her time and I appreciate the fact that she’s a perfectionist. My nails are beautiful, I’ll be seeing her again in two weeks.

5 /5 Jacqueline Waizani: I found this nail salon based on how well they are rated in the Richmond-San Pablo area. I needed affordable, easy access & most importantly GORGEOUS nails. And that is exactly what they did. I did a gel manicure and this is the first time in my experience doing gel that I haven’t had them peel off or chip. All of her nail products were clean, organized & organic. I could not believe her prices were so affordable especially for the same service. They deserve the most & Marcela was incredibly kind and professional.
