Vanessa Sheldon I am torn. I like how they did my nails but the place was over booked and crowded. I spent 2 hours there and was bounced around between 3 people. Then, it took the 3rd person who finished my nails to get the shape right. In the end, another customer, who seen me earlier was shocked to see that I was still there by the time she sat down for her appointment. They tried to make it up by giving me a discount on my nails and giving me a free hand and arm massage. All in all, I appreciate them trying to make it up but the experience left me questioning if Ill be back.

Nina They gave me exactly what i wanted, the ladies their are super fun and funny. I made an appointment but still had to wait a bit because they were running late so i suggest coming in early if you have somewhere to be. I didnt mind waiting my nails came out great! The woman who did my nails was very professional and super fun to talk to.

Ashley Garcia Linda a real one she did my toenails for my quince and let me tell y’all they ate and she did my eyebrows and omg I was pulling all the males Linda really did me a solid it’s been 2 weeks and my eyebrows look like I just did them Linda u the best I’m coming back so you can do a touch up on my eyebrows for homecoming and I’m going to do my toes again go with Linda she do nails good.

Rian Dindzans I cant add a picture because I cant get a good picture of them but my nails look amazing and Ive been absolutely delighted by them since I got them! I went in on Dec 4, 4:30 pm, and was assisted by the lovely Lainey! This was my first time getting a basic pedicure and my first time getting UV gel nails, and I could not be happier with how gentle and thorough the process was! I use a power wheelchair and couldnt transfer out, so when I signed up for my appointment I let them know about my situation. They were ready for me before I even went in! Due to not walking my feet are very sensitive, and Lainey was incredible. Her job with the cats eye was also amazing, and its lasting a really long time! I cant wait to go back for my birthday! The tables were high enough that I could pull up facing forward with my chair and lean just a bit forward so she could do my nails. Next to the pedicure chairs was an open space, so I parked my wheelchair there and they brought over two stools and a portable foot tub with hot water, and lined with a plastic bag to ensure hygiene. The door is not automatic but the receptionist was very attentive and kind, and made sure to hold the door open for me both on my way out and on my way in! The front desk is a little high for most wheelchair users, so if you use a wheelchair too you may need to ask for help using the card reader. Total cost of basic pedicure + gel manicure + nail polish removal + cats eye design came out to be $120. Well worth it in my opinion!

Claudia Urey Date night! We love coming for our pedis. Tracy is my girl though! Shes amazing with getting that dead skin out and ingrown issues. I take care of her too! Tip your tech! We also get our fill on some Moscato and snacks provided with our service selection. Oh! I pick the aloe Vera spa and so refreshing!

Lei Always an amazing experience at Valley nails. Their services are wonderful and you really can get almost any design you can think of. They have so many products to use and their pedicures are detailed. Every tech that I have gotten here is talented and takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. Jennifer and May in particular are 10/10 amazing !!! Would recommend to anybody!
