Les Worthington Dave runs a good, honest shop. Had an appointment for a smog this morning. No waiting. Joe the smog tech did a fine job. He did not leave any oily handprints, or mess with any of my settings in the car. Ive got nothing bad to say about Dave and his crew. Totally recommend them!

Emileigh Vandiver My car put me in a real pickle earlier this week and it (of course) all happened the day I needed to drive 200 miles. I pulled up to this Big Brand, 20 minutes before they closed mind you, and got A+ service. The employees were kind, generous, talked me through the repair, and then worked lightening fast. Prices are totally reasonable, too. I will absolutely return here and want to recommend this business to everyone with my full support.

Patric McGuire It took a second for an appointment to open up, but once I got my car in they diagnosed it same-day and fixed it early (with a totally fair cost) on day 2. Car drives beautifully now.

rohini moradi Hands down best mechanic in Nevada City! I can’t say enough good things about Nevada City Auto Service! We had a blown head gasket, and they not only fixed it perfectly but also gave us an oil change. The owner is awesome—super friendly and knowledgeable. Plus, there are two sweet dogs that greet you when you arrive, which makes the whole experience even better! The prices are fair, and the quality of work is top-notch.
