Maggie Medina Im a new patient, I called Dr. Hamiltons office to make an appointment but I was told that I couldnt get an appointment until I fill out some paperwork. I asked if I can make an appointment anyway and fill out the paperwork at my appointment and they said "NO, you have to fill the paperwork out first, then we will call you to make an appointment."! Its apparent that they care more about paperwork than actually helping people and making them feel better. With all these bad ratings that Ive see and my own personal experience with this doctors office...she (Dr. Hamilton) should lose her license and her practice due to the lack of care for peoples well being and sub par customer service. What a DISGRACE!

Jacob Parker Well maintained and clean. Fast, on time doctors. Great place to have your PCP. Only issue is you do have to park in the Spectrum parking lot. Can’t ding them for that though.

John Most Dr. Trask and his staff are wonderful. He’s a great doctor, takes his time with you and explains everything so you can understand it. Always helpful and has done wonders for my with the Inspire sleep apnea device. I’m a new person! And his nurses and staff are the best. Highly recommend

Marcella Martin Dr Steindler has been my physician for many years. I live in the Inland Empire and travel 45 miles because he’s so knowledgeable, and he takes the time to go over my issues, medical options etc with me. He never rushes you and treats you like you’re family. Most knowledgeable and compassionate Dr I’ve ever known. I’ll travel anywhere to see him. Staff is great too.

EM Stock Dr. Jan is simply the best medical professional I have ever had. She is so kind and is so thorough! I trust her implicitly. She has always been spot on with her treatments. She knows exactly what to do for me every time and I start feeling better very soon after!

I know that’s what primary care is supposed to feel like, but she’s the first doctor who has truly embodied that role for me. In a time when medical care in America feels increasingly impersonal, Halcyon and Dr. Seymour shine as the brightest and most reassuring stars. Dalton Every time I have come to this location I have been met with professionalism, serious care, and a calm environment. Blood work and other lab capabilities make this place amazing. Last minute appointments that start on time, even better. The medical and administrative staff are fantastic and they have helped me with various issues. If you want availability, professionalism, and great bed side manner from front of the office to the back, look no further.
