Carlos Amador Dr I visited is very good but support staff are awful. Called repeatedly over two days to cancel and reschedule leaving messages and no return call. Spent over 20 minutes on hold 1st day , and 10 minutes 2nd with no one answering line. Left messages with my name and phone number requesting a return call and have not received a return call. Finally called another office and spike to a receptionist who reminded me I missed visit and I explained why while asking for help scheduling a visit and was told she could not help yet she was able to see I had missed a visit? I eventually gave up waiting for help and drove to clinic. The staff at front desk who appeared to be new informed me I had been dialing wrong number. I showed them appointment card with number I had been dialing and they repeated that it was wrong number. I then dialed it after placing it on speaker and they were able to hear voice mail stating Ive reached progeny and gave options to press for different clinics. The response was I dont know where you got that but the number on card I just gave you is correct number. Im dumbfounded?

Maxine Gold Every time that I have appointments at the Wen Center, I have a feeling that the staff really cares about the patients!! I am always treated with the respect and kindness . The staff is always very supportive and pleasant. Now all of my doctors are located there except one who is in another UCI location nearby. From the lab to the doctors offices to the imaging center,everything was good.

Marcella Martin Dr Steindler has been my physician for many years. I live in the Inland Empire and travel 45 miles because he’s so knowledgeable, and he takes the time to go over my issues, medical options etc with me. He never rushes you and treats you like you’re family. Most knowledgeable and compassionate Dr I’ve ever known. I’ll travel anywhere to see him. Staff is great too.

Cheryl Chan Dr. Wei is always patient, detail and warm. I got so nervous about my diagnostic and needing for surgery. She comfort me, holding my hands and assure to me that everything is ok. This means a lot a lot to me. Dr. Wei performed the surgery and I recovered well. Scars are minimal. She really got good heart and hands. Plus she is so pretty. Everyone in the office is very friendly and welcoming. Victoria always there to chat with me to makes me feel comfortable. I really do recommend Dr. Wei. She treated her patient like family members.

Not only did he provide me with an elbow brace to alleviate my discomfort, but he also took the time to thoroughly address all of my questions and ensure I was well-informed. Asim Latif This is a great facility. Nice, and courteous staff. Plenty of seats in the waiting area and ample parking. They do offer Covid vaccines and boasters for non UCI patients also. Its easy to get an appointment at this facility and youre generally in and out in no time.

Oren Neutz As a new patient, it was nice for the Doctor to take the time needed to establish all the information he needed to get started with him and his practice. Dr. Ashtiani, was kind and likeable and easy to talk to. I look forward to being his patient in the future.

No matter how many questions I throw her way, she takes the time to address each one thoroughly, ensuring I leave the conversation with a clear understanding and peace of mind. Even during her maternity leave, the coverage provided by other doctors in the practice was seamless, and they were able to recommend specialists when needed. A recent experience that truly highlighted the exceptional care provided by Dr. Lus office involved a somewhat last-minute appointment I made via the MyChart site, expressing concern about pain with urination. Dr. Lus nurse practitioner not only ensured I got an appointment promptly but also went the extra mile by having the office call me to check if I could wait until the scheduled time or if I needed to be seen sooner. This level of attentiveness and commitment to patient well-being speaks volumes about the dedication of Dr. Lu and her entire staff. The consistently high standard of care Ive experienced has made me confident in recommending this practice to friends and family.

hadi moradi Dr Saam is my family doctor since 2017 since I moved to Orange County , she is very caring and knowledgeable and pleasant, she will always be my family doctor, she not only excellent doctor but a very good human being.
