Jennifer Lee Patty was the best person to work with! She was super helpful and genuinely cared. She kept me posted with updates and ultimately my car was not repaired, it was totaled out. I am writing this review because I had mentioned to Patty that the assignment name was "In the Estate of" because my mother passed away, she actually expressed her sorrow for my loss, that meant a lot during this difficult time. Its nice that there are still decent humans out there. Thanks Patty!

They ALWAYS come over and let you know every step they are going to make and make sure we are good with it. They dont scam like most places do. Great workers!!

Amanda Bill is great. Deals with insurance wonderfully, answers all together questions, hes honest and no bs. Did such a great job repairing my car and getting the paint color matched! The repair was relatively quick and he kept me updated on everything. I definitely recommend North State Auto Body!

Bodhi Marler Wow! What an amazing place. You dont come across these kind of places it the larger towns/cities. So kind and honest. Latrobe took my tire down. :( Romeo (owner) made sure to assist & was so fair while at the same time offering me water as I was still shaking along with a cool, clean space for me & pup while they fixed us all up. Yes, female driver not used to the roads up here. Very safe place for daughters, women in general to safely go and be given very kind care and very fair pricing. Thank you, thank you! Scott Ferguson We brought our 6L diesel bus here after it broke down outside of Jackson. We had no idea what to expect since this is a small shop in a small town with no reviews. Turns out this was the best place we could have possibly chosen. Jason knows 6L diesel extremely well and he fixed us up and gave us an excellent price. He went above and beyond to help us out and saved our trip from disaster. Quality work from a good honest man with a big heart. Cant recommend enough, thank you Jason!
