Roseanna Arias The postpartum care I received from Nurses Jenna, Michelle W, Adele & Selam helped me transition into motherhood. They all were super attentive, funny, sarcastic (responding to my humor) and provided extra support knowing my mental health/trauma history. They listened to any concerns or discomfort I had & advocated for me when needed. If I were to have another baby, I would hope to see these ladies again. They were rockstars.

I also appreciate Dr Flecks employing supportive measures as a way to treat. I continue to be impressed by this approach to health care and feel compelled to say so. Its a new approach for me and its working. I have seen consistent benefits and the staff is great. I recommend it.

Dave Esteban Dr. Calciano is the best doctor I could ever have that is in the practice of dermatology. This is a list worth mentioning. He is friendly, compassionate, professional, explaining things that I would only understand, after he tells me something specifically. When I have an appointment with him he never acts like he is in a hurry, and makes me feel like he is giving 100% of his time. I would highly recommend him for being that specialist that anyone is looking for!

Noemi Rocha Dr. Oderman is the best doctor ever! I was lucky enough she took me as a new patient with my first pregnancy and she was so genuine and always took the time to answer any question and concerns I had. Her and her staff are sweet and were always fast to respond to all my only messages. I was also very fortunate and happy she was the one to deliver my baby. Her and her staff always made me feel as if I was family and made my high risk pregnancy less stressful especially in Covid times.

Paul P While I cant speak to Dr. Welles skills as a surgeon, I can say Ive met with him several times about my knee issues and left feeling satisfied with my visits. Dr. Welle has a no nonsense type demeanor and always takes the time to discuss my diagnoses and treatment options. I never felt rushed or pressured to have surgery. Very professional orthopedic surgeon.

local user. I’ve delayed receiving medical treatment for months after being rejected by doctors on duty’s in Santa Cruz, I went in this morning from what I thought to be was a rash on my wrist. I had no insurance card and the 2 ladies at the front desk were very helpful and still managed to get me in with just the member # and my basic information. Not with just me but with everyone they handled and welcomed. Lainey (?) the nurse with the light purple scrubs and hair tie was so sweet and approachable. her attitude is what everyone needs in a work place. I didn’t catch the lady doctors name but she was nice and super patient listening to my concerns. it REALLY means a lot to come to the doctors on your day off and to be taken seriously and even was prescribed a cream for possibly ringworm. I saw on sign they were at capacity and came just after 10, I really appreciate everyone’s time. Everyone working Friday morning (10-11am) thank you so much your attitude and the workspace you’ve guys made doesn’t go unnoticed.

Eva Pollard Shes the best! Very kind, smart, relatable and an amazing doctor/surgeon. Her presence is calming and she is very confident and and skilled, which makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. She respects your needs and your views, and is patient and doesnt seem rushed - she is very present and is very warm and caring. Highly recommend!
