2 /5 Jennifer Bailey: Dr. was not able to give me much time from the minute we started. I was uneasy about the diagnosis since he made it so quickly so I wanted to clarify by asking how he determined this so quickly. I think he is probably done this for several years however a little more patient centered care would have been nice so I left more confident in the diagnosis he provided.

5 /5 Ken Strickling: Dr. Welle always shoots straight. Sometimes not what I want to hear. He knows what can and what cannot be done. He is a true gem as a family man. You see it on all his walls as well as I see it on the Physician"s I have surrounded my self with. He does his best to relieve my pain and shows concern. I appreciate his dedication to family and practice. He did my shoulder (right) in 2020. Best shoulder surgery Ive ever had. Thank you Dr. Welle. Hope my knee gets better with your teatment.

5 /5 Naomi Gardner: Im a physically active 63 yr. old female. Love to mt. bike, ski, and hike. After a year plus of pain in right knee I had an MRI which showed an Acute medial meniscus tear in right knee. I was referred to Dr. Welle by my primary care physician. Once I decided to do the surgery I was well attended to by his entire team. Dr. Welle was cordial and spent time answering my questions. Yesterday was my surgery. I was very happy with the entire Sutter surgery unit. Everyone was polite and professional and I felt very at ease. So far so good! They sent me home with photos that show a very clean repair of my meniscus. Fingers crossed Ill be hiking again this next summer with no pain. I definitely would recommend Dr. Welle.

5 /5 William Purdy: Dont give 5 starts haphazardly. Dr. Welle has been my ortho physician for years. He has a quiet competent/confidence. His surgical work in my case has produced excellent results.

5 /5 Paul P: While I cant speak to Dr. Welles skills as a surgeon, I can say Ive met with him several times about my knee issues and left feeling satisfied with my visits. Dr. Welle has a no nonsense type demeanor and always takes the time to discuss my diagnoses and treatment options. I never felt rushed or pressured to have surgery. Very professional orthopedic surgeon.
