Easy going, friendly competent staff. I’ve never felt unwelcomed or uncomfortable and there hasn’t ever been a design they couldn’t do. Its fast and painless and I couldn’t recommend them more highly

Athena Garcia-Gunn This shop is adorable! It’s brand new. Everything inside is new. The paint, the chairs, the stations, the products. It’s all chic, and simple and classic. The ladies here have been so sweet, so ready to jump in and take on a challenge. They also have a reward system that gives you a birthday discount and points. Highly recommend! It’s the kind of place that I expect will get very popular soon. I have dropped by twice, both times I was asked if I had an appointment. I think they prefer appointments! But they still took me in and helped me quickly. They also offered me water, and a beverage. They are very hospitable and talented.

I went through countless nail salons in the area, but within 20 minutes of my first appointment with Nikki, I knew she was the one! She’s incredibly talented, pays close attention to detail, and actually listens to all of my personal requests—something that’s hard to find. On top of that, she’s super kind and funny, which makes every appointment enjoyable. I’ve been loyal to her ever since, and as long as I’m in Pasadena, she’s the only person I’ll trust with my nails. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing and makes the whole experience great, Nikki is it!

Magda Gutierrez I used to hate getting my eyebrows done until I came here. Trish does my eyebrows so well and she does it so quickly, and I leave with beautiful eyebrows and very little irritation. 10/10 would recommend

Deborah Ramirez I love a “basic” single-colored gel manicure with my short nails, and they always do an amazing job! Good quality nail polish, and they take their time and give attention to detail. The staff is also soooooo friendly and welcoming. I love coming here! 10/10 recommend.

I chose to go back because I refused to let one bad experience stop me from a really good nail salon. I want to say the misunderstanding came from a language barrier so I went back and everyone who works there has always been very kind and professional. They remembered me from the last time and they went above and beyond for me to make me feel like a valued customer. I was able to show a picture reference and then I was assisted by a very skilled nail technician who did a beautiful job. Thank you Lees Nail & Spa for making me feel welcomed and surpassing my expectations. Tracie Pham I scheduled a same day appointment and they took me on time. They did an amazing job from removing my gel polish, using clean tools, cleaning and buffing out my nails and pedicure, the mask scrub for your pedicure was so refreshing and cleansing, they did a thorough job cleaning out my ingrown nails in my toes, and neatly painted my nails. I appreciated feeling relaxed and cared for, not rushed! Quality work! This is my new favorite place for a mani/pedi!

Carolyn Patterson The people who own and run this salon are friendly, reasonable and very good. They offer all the services youd expect at a nail salon, including "deluxe" pedicures with lovely scrubs and lotions. They always remember me. What I like is that they respect each client. If you are talkative, they will engage with you. If you want to be quiet, they respect that intuitively. Ive gone several times and always receive excellent care.
