1 /5 Renata De Paula: Today I called Pink Nails to make an appointment. Five minutes later I received a call from them, it rang once and when I tried to say Hi they hang up. A couple more minutes I received another call and answered the phone. The person asked me if I was a customer ( I couldn’t understand the name she said), when I said I wasn’t, She again hang up the phone on me. She didn’t say sorry for the mistake, she didn’t apologize, didn’t say goodbye, just hung up the phone while I was still talking. I called them back just to try to understand if there was a problem with my appointment. The same person answered the phone. When I asked if there was any problem with my appointment she said no and told me she was trying to contact another customer. Then I told her that next time something like this happened she should at least let me know what was going on because she was hanging up the phone on me while I was talking and guess what? She hanged up the phone again!!! Didn’t said buy or apologize, she deliberately hung up the phone on a customer for the third time!! I called again and asked to talk to the manager and she was extremely rude and she told me she was the manager! At this point she was literally yelling at me and saying that she did apologize which is a lie! I’m a long time customer and I’ve told many friends to go there! I moved out of South Pasadena and I drive from Pasadena just to go there! I’m in disbelief with the lack of professionalism and manners! I can’t believe how rude they have treated a customer! I canceled my appointment and never again I’ll go to Pink Nails and I’ll make sure all of my friends know how they treat their customers!!
