I want to say the misunderstanding came from a language barrier so I went back and everyone who works there has always been very kind and professional. They remembered me from the last time and they went above and beyond for me to make me feel like a valued customer. I was able to show a picture reference and then I was assisted by a very skilled nail technician who did a beautiful job. Jo Simms In the Electric Car charging area next to Holiday Inn. Very kind staff - pre-booked an appt at 6pm for mani/pedi... charged me $55 for what most charge for one or the other! Cant get gel or other be cause my nails are too thin. B+ rating!!
