Maxine Gold Every time that I have appointments at the Wen Center, I have a feeling that the staff really cares about the patients!! I am always treated with the respect and kindness . The staff is always very supportive and pleasant. Now all of my doctors are located there except one who is in another UCI location nearby. From the lab to the doctors offices to the imaging center,everything was good.

Not only did he provide me with an elbow brace to alleviate my discomfort, but he also took the time to thoroughly address all of my questions and ensure I was well-informed. DAPHINY Dr Lee has been my Primary Care Doctor for many years. Hes wonderful, caring and is very smart, knows very having to do with being a doctor. What I mean is , if youre not felling well he will figure out in minutes whats wrong, and hes always right... Love my doctor PS His wonderful nurse is a darling too, love her... Daph

Raven Kurosaki Great doctors, terrible office system. My experience so far: Took more than 4 hours just to secure an appointment as a returning patient, and the system is really confusing. Receptionist relayed me to their scheduling department, who didnt seem to know what to do with me when I said I was scheduling an appointment to get tests done. Sends me to the nurse. I had to leave a voicemail each time I was sent somewhere else. Eventually the scheduling lady schedules me properly, but I still dont understand what was so complicated about this process. My name is spelled incorrectly even though I wrote down my correctly spelled name at the first visit, as I was asked to by the office staff. It was never updated in the system. I am rating this facility 2 stars only because Dr. Ali is a fantastic cardiologist who knows what hes doing. He deserves 10 stars, but dealing with this office really gives me a headache.

Ani Alexanian Dr. Lu has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure my health and well-being. One of the standout features is her accessibility through the MyChart website. No matter how many questions I throw her way, she takes the time to address each one thoroughly, ensuring I leave the conversation with a clear understanding and peace of mind. Even during her maternity leave, the coverage provided by other doctors in the practice was seamless, and they were able to recommend specialists when needed. A recent experience that truly highlighted the exceptional care provided by Dr. Lus office involved a somewhat last-minute appointment I made via the MyChart site, expressing concern about pain with urination. Dr. Lus nurse practitioner not only ensured I got an appointment promptly but also went the extra mile by having the office call me to check if I could wait until the scheduled time or if I needed to be seen sooner. This level of attentiveness and commitment to patient well-being speaks volumes about the dedication of Dr. Lu and her entire staff. The consistently high standard of care Ive experienced has made me confident in recommending this practice to friends and family.

Olivia Jun Thanks to the comfortable environment and friendly staff, every visit during my pregnancy was a pleasant and relaxing experience. My doctor, Dr. Kong, patiently answered all my questions and took the time to provide thorough and attentive care. Since she is widely known for her exceptional skills, her schedule was always fully booked, which meant I had to travel between Irvine and Laguna. Despite that minor inconvenience, I was very satisfied with the overall experience.

Asim Latif This is a great facility. Nice, and courteous staff. Plenty of seats in the waiting area and ample parking. They do offer Covid vaccines and boasters for non UCI patients also. Its easy to get an appointment at this facility and youre generally in and out in no time.

EM Stock Dr. Jan is simply the best medical professional I have ever had. She is so kind and is so thorough! I trust her implicitly. She has always been spot on with her treatments. She knows exactly what to do for me every time and I start feeling better very soon after!
