Laura Gunn Ive had a really wonderful experience with MindPath in the past several months. I became a patient of Dr Ji after a particularly challenging year of my life that included my fathers sudden death. The empathy, kindness and expertise that Dr Ji has shown me has been unparalleled, and I have felt immensely supported as a patient of his. I always feel incredibly validated, listened to, trusted and valued not only as a patient but as a person, and his empathetic and caring work style should be a model for other psychiatrists.

Karin Bassford Fantastic staff! We had stopped coming here in the past because the nurse who was always here was horribly mean and had no tact or bedside manner. The staff her now that she is gone is absolutely fantastic! We are so glad we can come back here and feel taken care of. This place is amazing. Always such a pleasant and quick experience.

Maggie Medina Im a new patient, I called Dr. Hamiltons office to make an appointment but I was told that I couldnt get an appointment until I fill out some paperwork. I asked if I can make an appointment anyway and fill out the paperwork at my appointment and they said "NO, you have to fill the paperwork out first, then we will call you to make an appointment."! Its apparent that they care more about paperwork than actually helping people and making them feel better. With all these bad ratings that Ive see and my own personal experience with this doctors office...she (Dr. Hamilton) should lose her license and her practice due to the lack of care for peoples well being and sub par customer service. What a DISGRACE!

Kandy Benitez I had a wonderful experience with my nurse & my doctor but at the end as I was requesting for my doctor note to be corrected on the date of care “Emily” the front desk lady is very rude & her demeanor was not a great ending & still left with pain due to my diagnosis for the day. People need to be really humble & not have a attitude because of their position, I worked with doctors and never in my life would want to work with a person with a attitude, if you’re going to be a nurse have some understanding please, there is no excuse to have a bad attitude.

L W In this urgent visit to Dr Youngs office, I was seen with welcome and with curiosity, heard, symptoms examined and history pulled from my memory. Every one of the 4 women who provided an aspect of care was a valuable component of responding to my concerning symptom and moving me forwards with prescriptions and a referral to a specialist for a second opinion. It was responsive and quick: I was in and out of the office within 75 minutes of my initial phone call.

Lynn Smith This is the clinic where I take my dad. It is always sparkling clean and the staff are excellent, both medical and support. We couldnt be happier to have this health care facility so close to our home. It is pretty much a one stop facility with lab and imaging as well as Urgent Care on site.

Stanley Shook The entire staff at Memorial Care is top-notch. Very polite, professional and cheery. Dr. Vo is one of the best doctors Ive ever had. Hes very attentive, focused and caring.

Maria Place was Super clean and quiet. Office that I visited people were nice and helpful.

Carlos Amador Dr I visited is very good but support staff are awful. Called repeatedly over two days to cancel and reschedule leaving messages and no return call. Spent over 20 minutes on hold 1st day , and 10 minutes 2nd with no one answering line. Left messages with my name and phone number requesting a return call and have not received a return call. Finally called another office and spike to a receptionist who reminded me I missed visit and I explained why while asking for help scheduling a visit and was told she could not help yet she was able to see I had missed a visit? I eventually gave up waiting for help and drove to clinic. The staff at front desk who appeared to be new informed me I had been dialing wrong number. I showed them appointment card with number I had been dialing and they repeated that it was wrong number. I then dialed it after placing it on speaker and they were able to hear voice mail stating Ive reached progeny and gave options to press for different clinics. The response was I dont know where you got that but the number on card I just gave you is correct number. Im dumbfounded?
