Arash Mehraban They are scammers! They misdiagnosed a simple case of infection common during the winter, like the flu. They prescribed weak antibiotics (a misdiagnosis and incorrect treatment). Instead of prescribing stronger antibiotics, Dr. Arif ordered an unnecessary chest X-ray, which cost me $500, before correcting the mistake and prescribing more effective antibiotics. Never going back!

Monica Moulder Dr. Seymour has been mine and my husband Patrick’s primary care physician since August 2024, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have found her. Moving to California from Las Vegas, we were nervous about finding a new doctor, but Dr. Seymour exceeded all of our expectations and more. I’ve never had a primary care doctor as attentive, compassionate, and genuinely caring as Dr. Seymour. She is truly one of a kind, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have her in our corner. Not only is her demeanor warm, sweet, and pleasant, but she is also extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She has helped me navigate numerous health challenges with unwavering support (most recently I was sick abroad and helped guide me and as soon as I came home she took over care), always going above and beyond to ensure I feel cared for and confident in my treatment. Dr. Seymour has redefined what primary care should be—she is my go-to for everything. I know that’s what primary care is supposed to feel like, but she’s the first doctor who has truly embodied that role for me. In a time when medical care in America feels increasingly impersonal, Halcyon and Dr. Seymour shine as the brightest and most reassuring stars. L W In this urgent visit to Dr Youngs office, I was seen with welcome and with curiosity, heard, symptoms examined and history pulled from my memory. Every one of the 4 women who provided an aspect of care was a valuable component of responding to my concerning symptom and moving me forwards with prescriptions and a referral to a specialist for a second opinion. It was responsive and quick: I was in and out of the office within 75 minutes of my initial phone call.

Aaron Cathcart I was recently admitted to Kaiser Sand Canyon for numerous serious issues and I couldnt be happier with the care I received. From kitchen staff, cleaning staff. Technicians, Nurses and Doctors they all treated me with respect and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I dont believe that I have ever received better care.

Dalton Every time I have come to this location I have been met with professionalism, serious care, and a calm environment. Blood work and other lab capabilities make this place amazing. Last minute appointments that start on time, even better. The medical and administrative staff are fantastic and they have helped me with various issues. If you want availability, professionalism, and great bed side manner from front of the office to the back, look no further.

Cheryl Chan Dr. Wei is always patient, detail and warm. I got so nervous about my diagnostic and needing for surgery. She comfort me, holding my hands and assure to me that everything is ok. This means a lot a lot to me. Dr. Wei performed the surgery and I recovered well. Scars are minimal. She really got good heart and hands. Plus she is so pretty. Everyone in the office is very friendly and welcoming. Victoria always there to chat with me to makes me feel comfortable. I really do recommend Dr. Wei. She treated her patient like family members.

EM Stock Dr. Jan is simply the best medical professional I have ever had. She is so kind and is so thorough! I trust her implicitly. She has always been spot on with her treatments. She knows exactly what to do for me every time and I start feeling better very soon after!

Kon Winn I like the fact that The minute you come into the door there Is no wait time and you are Seen. The staff here are professional, and I was able to receive medical care within five minutes of walking into thedoors. Dr. Candice and nurses go beyond their job description and that is highly appreciated.

Carlos Amador Dr I visited is very good but support staff are awful. Called repeatedly over two days to cancel and reschedule leaving messages and no return call. Spent over 20 minutes on hold 1st day , and 10 minutes 2nd with no one answering line. Left messages with my name and phone number requesting a return call and have not received a return call. Finally called another office and spike to a receptionist who reminded me I missed visit and I explained why while asking for help scheduling a visit and was told she could not help yet she was able to see I had missed a visit? I eventually gave up waiting for help and drove to clinic. The staff at front desk who appeared to be new informed me I had been dialing wrong number. I showed them appointment card with number I had been dialing and they repeated that it was wrong number. I then dialed it after placing it on speaker and they were able to hear voice mail stating Ive reached progeny and gave options to press for different clinics. The response was I dont know where you got that but the number on card I just gave you is correct number. Im dumbfounded?
