Karyn Rexhepi Dr. Desai is an incredible doctor. He is pleasant, knowledgeable, compassionate and very professional. His staff is so friendly and helpful. He listens very carefully to what you have to say and gives you the time and attention you need. I felt very confident in his care. He had to refer me out for surgery and gave me a recommendation to another incredible doctor. My visit with him didnt end there though. He stayed in contact with the surgeon the entire time to make sure I had the best care possible. I would highly recommend him. You wont be disappointed!

Morgan Z Had such a great experience getting outpatient surgery at TOSH. The process for scheduling the surgery was smooth and billing questions were answered quickly. All the peri-op nursing staff were outstanding. I haven’t had surgery in a while and was quite nervous, but they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The surgery hospital is very nice and every staff member was professional and kind. Hopefully won’t have to come back anytime soon, but would definitely choose this facility for any future procedures, if at all possible.

Nyleen B Had an outpatient surgery and was very impressed, especially considering reviews. They processed my check-in immediately upon arrival, only waited 3 minutes to be called back for prep, very attentive and kind staff at all steps in the process, clean and simple orderly hospital. The longest "wait" we had between all activities was literally 15 minutes while the OR was prepped. Megan my intake nurse was great to talk to and very detailed. Dr. Weiler the anesthesiologist was very detailed and approachable. Sam the OR nurse was very present and swift. My recovery room was quiet and thankfully we had a very brief time there before being discharged. Arrived at 1130 for a 130 surgery and was headed home by 345!

Jorge Endara At every level of my surgery experience, everyone was positive, helpful, and friendly. We were escorted to the surgery room by the front desk. We would have definitely gotten lost. Parking at pick up was super easy. They have a system. Communication of what to expect along with how things will go along the way was all there. I was contacted ahead of time to shore up billing. They gave me the option to prepay or pay when I get there. Knowing that was taken care was a relief. I am very impressed with my experience. Dr Pakula was my doctor. She won me over with the knowledge and confidence she portrayed of her ability to solve my medical issue. I am on day 1 of recovery from robotic assisted hernia. My mobility is surprisingly good after only one day.

Coral Eisenbruch Brought my cat in at 3am on New Years Eve, and was helped by Ryan, Dani, and Dr Martinez. They were quick, incredibly knowledgeable and the most sympathetic people I have ever met. Dani in particular (I hope Im spelling her name correctly) had the sweetest demeanor, and Im so grateful they were there to take care of my fur baby. For anyone complaining about expense - this is the responsibility you assumed as a pet owner. I did the math and this clinic is charging around $100/hr to take care of your pet, which includes all of their highly skilled veterinarians such as Dr Pinkerton who helped explain the remaining treatment process, their incredible and patient vet techs, their facility that is open 24/7 even on holidays, and all the required equipment and medicine to treat our pets. Im so thankful they were there to help my cat and while I hope I dont have any other emergencies, I know if I do theyll be well taken care of here at VSEC. Thank you to the whole team!!

Martin Lara I had my liver transplant 24 years ago. The doctors and nurses are God sent. I love and respect everyone who works there and do their best to make sure that they take care of you the best that they can.

Leslie Delany I want to say, all the ladies, Adriana, Kayla, Jessica and, Meg are the sweetest, most patient people Ive ever had the pleasure of speaking with! Also, Barbara Lee NP is the nicest lady you could ever meet! Coming from someone who was in the Medical and Dental field for over 30 years, I know how difficult it can be when working with people who arent at their best. Its so important to have the people who are in charge of your health, to be patient, understanding and compationate!!
