Nyleen B Had an outpatient surgery and was very impressed, especially considering reviews. They processed my check-in immediately upon arrival, only waited 3 minutes to be called back for prep, very attentive and kind staff at all steps in the process, clean and simple orderly hospital. The longest "wait" we had between all activities was literally 15 minutes while the OR was prepped. Megan my intake nurse was great to talk to and very detailed. Dr. Weiler the anesthesiologist was very detailed and approachable. Sam the OR nurse was very present and swift. My recovery room was quiet and thankfully we had a very brief time there before being discharged. Arrived at 1130 for a 130 surgery and was headed home by 345!

Jorge Endara At every level of my surgery experience, everyone was positive, helpful, and friendly. We were escorted to the surgery room by the front desk. We would have definitely gotten lost. Parking at pick up was super easy. They have a system. Communication of what to expect along with how things will go along the way was all there. I was contacted ahead of time to shore up billing. They gave me the option to prepay or pay when I get there. Knowing that was taken care was a relief. I am very impressed with my experience. Dr Pakula was my doctor. She won me over with the knowledge and confidence she portrayed of her ability to solve my medical issue. I am on day 1 of recovery from robotic assisted hernia. My mobility is surprisingly good after only one day.

Anthony Doko Its hard to put into words how much I like Dr. Sodhi. I suffered a stroke recently and ended up in the ICU at Los Robles Hospital. Dr. Sodhi was my neurologist. Every interaction with Dr. Sodhi has been pleasant and (more importantly) informative. Dr. Sodhi has a great bed-side manner, but that doesnt get in the way of him relaying important and pertinent information regarding your condition. Hes was very up-front with me about my injury and the prognosis. He spent an extended amount of time going over my imaging with me and a family member. He also made sure that I understood what had happened and how my treatment would proceed. Overall, I would say that Dr. Sodhi is exceptionally competent. Hes able to explain things in an understandable manner. When youre scared hes reassuring. You can tell he wants to help and is concerned about your well being.

Gregory Hwee I am in my mid-30s and preventive health and wellbeing is a priority for me. I have had a few primary care doctors in my time - I would say many of them were good, but none compared with Dr. Young. Dr. Young is my go-to doctor now and hope she never moves! She focuses on me as a whole person and takes the extra time to share information to keep me healthy. Very personalized medicine and care. Highly recommended!

Matilija Bob Just had hip replacement. Well organized hospital and wonderful people. Great Drs responsive and caring staff. and the food was good too! Getting mature maybe aint so bad.

Carolyn Marti Dr. Aamin Iqbal has been my fathers physician for many years. I highly recommend him for his medical competence and expertise, his excellent communication skills and human qualities. His office assistants are kind, personable and efficient. I consider these qualities of significant importance in any medical field. Last but not least, I would like to note, sadly, that human qualities and values are becoming extinct, very unfortunately. Let us ensure they are preserved and encouraged!

Wendell Ho Dr. Siddiqui has been my primary care physician for over 15 years. Caring, compassionate, thorough, and up to date, are words that best describe the quality of care from the office staff to the exam room. You never get the feeling you’re just a name and number on the back of an insurance card, but actual person. Long waits in the waiting room and the feeling that you’re one of too many patients the doctor has scheduled for the day just isn’t there. I recently signed up for her concierge care which raises the experience I just described to an even higher level. There was a time when doctors came to your house to care for you and your family, 24/7. Dr. Siddiqui’s Concierge Care isn’t quite that, but pretty close. Heaven forbid I become incapacitated and my family was relying on a doctor’s consultation to make life altering decisions for me. I can think of no finer person and doctor to be there for my family and I. I would highly recommend Oaks Internal Medicine.

Karyn Rexhepi Dr. Desai is an incredible doctor. He is pleasant, knowledgeable, compassionate and very professional. His staff is so friendly and helpful. He listens very carefully to what you have to say and gives you the time and attention you need. I felt very confident in his care. He had to refer me out for surgery and gave me a recommendation to another incredible doctor. My visit with him didnt end there though. He stayed in contact with the surgeon the entire time to make sure I had the best care possible. I would highly recommend him. You wont be disappointed!

Patti Carr The last place I wanted to be was at the hospital but Dan S. (The mid-level) took amazing care of me. He had to stitch up my face in 2 different places after a fall and you can’t even tell where the stitches were! He did an amazing job and deserves all the recognition! He is a great asset in the Los Robles ER.
