1 /5 Larry Horn: I was a patient of Dr. Adkins and had a physical in October. I was then told that she was becoming a consiege doctor. $3400.00 a year. I said I wouldnt do that and called to have a prescription filled up until Jan.17 because thats the earliest date my new doctor could see me. Her office spokesman said they wouldnt give me enough meds to get me to Jan.17. I wouldn,t recommend this doctor. She gives you about 5 minutes of her time and rushes you out the door. Theres better doctors out there. she doesnt even deserve a 1 star!!

1 /5 Danielle Di Carlo: This is a crazy story, but I had to write a review. I was looking for a new doctor and came across Dr. Atkins online. I made my first appointment and really liked her. I thought she was very nice, at that visit so I made an appointment for a physical. On my second visit, I was rushing not to be late, and at the bottom of the staircase we almost bumped into each other. I quickly apologized but instead of accepting my apology, she rolled her eyes and continued to make a few comments that I feel were rude. I knew she was the doctor I was meeting so it made me feel even more uncomfortable. I proceeded to go to the office to meet with her and when we started discussing what happened, she said to me “Do you blame me, look how small I am, I almost got ran over!” Which I interpreted as, insinuating that I’m fat (I am maybe 30 pounds over weight) and that she’s tiny. I told her, this is not gonna workout and then she told me I could leave now! I would have thought she would apologize for the incident, but no, she basically told me to leave. This is not the doctor I saw on the first visit. I was shocked!

5 /5 John Wade: When your primary care doctor retires after treating you and your family for many decades, it can create an apprehensive time, while trying to find a new doctor. Luckily, he left with strong suggestion for his replacement. We feel extremely fortunate that his recommendation was Dr. Jessica Adkins. During our initial consultation, we realized that we would be in very capable hands. Dr. Adkins is more than a highly trained and thorough medical professional. She is also a thoughtful and caring person. These combinations assure that her patients are provided with complete, excellent care. We confidently recommend Dr. Adkins to anyone searching for their new family physician, and we give her the highest rating possible.

5 /5 Suzie Bock: I’m blown away by the level of care Dr Adkins gives her patients. Earlier this year, my son (25 yes old) had a very severe sinus infection and his ENT suggested he see a GP for a blood test to find out if there was anytiing else going on. Since my son didn’t have a doctor, we were referred to Dr Jessica Adkins. When I called her office, I was told that he needed to have an “interview” appt with her before she would treat him. We made the appt for the next day, however, he got worse during the night and by morning I felt he needed to go to the ER. I called Dr Adkins’s office to tell them and cancel the appt. While at the ER, we were told he had sepsis. They gave him IV fluids and a broad spectrum antibiotic and send him back to the waiting room. I got a call while we were waiting from Dr Adkins’s office telling me that we could put her down as his GP. About an hour later, Dr Adkins showed up at the hospital and got him in an exam room, admitted him to the hospital and ordered tests and imaging to begin immediately. She took charge and made sure he got the care he needed. I’ve never experienced care from any doctor like this, let alone one we’d never met. My entire immediate and extended family have switched to seeing her and we are all very glad to be in her care.

5 /5 Riccio Real Estate Team: Dr. Adkins is my primary doctor. All my previous doctors made me feel like an assembly line. I wanted a doctor who would be interested in my health, provide yearly check-ups, blood tests, etc. If we dont have our health, everything else is worthless. I am big in being preventative so Dr. Adkins is always 1 step ahead in recommending ways to live a healthier life. Thanks for all your guidance!
