Coral Eisenbruch Brought my cat in at 3am on New Years Eve, and was helped by Ryan, Dani, and Dr Martinez. They were quick, incredibly knowledgeable and the most sympathetic people I have ever met. Dani in particular (I hope Im spelling her name correctly) had the sweetest demeanor, and Im so grateful they were there to take care of my fur baby. For anyone complaining about expense - this is the responsibility you assumed as a pet owner. I did the math and this clinic is charging around $100/hr to take care of your pet, which includes all of their highly skilled veterinarians such as Dr Pinkerton who helped explain the remaining treatment process, their incredible and patient vet techs, their facility that is open 24/7 even on holidays, and all the required equipment and medicine to treat our pets. Im so thankful they were there to help my cat and while I hope I dont have any other emergencies, I know if I do theyll be well taken care of here at VSEC. Thank you to the whole team!!

Morgan Z Had such a great experience getting outpatient surgery at TOSH. The process for scheduling the surgery was smooth and billing questions were answered quickly. All the peri-op nursing staff were outstanding. I haven’t had surgery in a while and was quite nervous, but they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The surgery hospital is very nice and every staff member was professional and kind. Hopefully won’t have to come back anytime soon, but would definitely choose this facility for any future procedures, if at all possible.

donna allyn I give the highest commendations to UCLAs PMS Dr Bi Mo. What a 180 degree difference. Dr Mo was patient, kind, thoroughly explained my situation and his recommendations which include acupuncture, continued PT, etc. Confirmed I do not need surgery even tho a spine surgeon highly recommended it. Spent an hour reviewing my chart with Jim and me. Have a followup appt and highly recommend him.

Steven Modolo I have been struggling for many many months with issues. I have been getting the run around by multiple doctors about treatment for my butt issues and they were all unable to come up with a reasonable diagnosis or plan for recovery. Dr. Rosenfeld and his staff were unbelievably helpful. My concerns were all heard and addressed immediately. Not only were they able to see me SAME DAY, but they created a treatment plan for me immediately, prescribed me medication and provided me with a diagnosis for treatment that will allow me to heal. Words cannot describe the gratitude I have for Thousand Oaks Proctology and Dr. Rosenfeld for providing me with some of the most caring and generous care I have ever received in the medical industry. I am only a day into my treatment and feel incredibly confident that we are on the right track towards getting better.
