1 /5 ALPHAZEE: I called this shop to get my car in for a recent accident because a lady backed into my car and it made a few small dents on the passenger door. When I called to set up the appointment to get an estimate for the damage the front desk made me an appointment for 1 week away. Today I went to drop my car off to get the estimate and the shop said they cant make any money off of the claim, so there for they dont even want to write the estimate. After I got transferred to another person to find out why they wanted to wait a week to tell me they werent even going to do an estimate. The lady i talked to said they dont take all state insurance. So i waited a week for you to tell me you dont take all-state and they wont make enough money off the claim. Overall this shop gave me the shady "vibe" wont be using this business ever again. 1 week wasted, well time to move on.

The service and follow up was clearly outstanding. Could not be happier. Our car suffered storm damage and they responded quickly to reduce further damage. Well done for sure

5 /5 aaron walters: I have a busted Civic. It’s a commuter car for a middle aged man that eats lunch in it every day. It’s trashed. It’s gross. Carstar fixed my bumper wonderfully, great work, looks awesome. But they also washed my car. Inside and out. And honestly I was so floored by them doing that without me asking they’ve made me a customer for life. I love my car (but not enough to wash or clean it apparently) but they loved the car too. And now I love them for. So clean.
