DT Consulting I bought a used Benz from a private seller and I was not expecting that I could get in for a PPI. Spoke to Phil and instructed to drop off the car and in an hour or so, provided me with a comprehensive report. Because of the findings, I was able to make an informed decision on purchasing the car. Monica Service is just excellent! Went in for a car diagnostic and they were able to troubleshoot what areas needed work in thoroughly. Gentlemen in the front desk had fantastic service, was very knowledgeable and did a great job at explaining car issues to my partner and I. They provided photos and notes on areas of improvement of the car, provided actions steps on what to do to resolve my car issue, also referred trusted shops to take my car to and, due to my busy schedule, even found a space to leave my car overnight to pick up the next morning. Was going to take my car to Midas but am so glad I found this place instead, prices are reasonable and doesn’t charge an arm and leg!

Martin Martinez Im a first time customer. I was browsing the internet looking for an auto shop to diagnose an engine light on my 2917 hyundai tucson. I met Dan, one of their tech who was friendly and nice and showed me the way to their office. The office was clean and neat and the staffs (Natalie and Mia) are courteous and very helpful. making me comfortable while waiting for my van to be serviced. Mia fixed me coffee while I was waiting. The price they charge me was pretty decent ( I suppose) My car is back on the road. My overall experience here was pleasant. The only only downside was the extra $15 they charge me for using my credit card. Other than that, everything was great.

Jean Gerow We had a van breakdown during a recent vacation. Staff was wonderful, knowledgeable and service was quick. They even stayed late to get us back on the road! The facility is clean and comfortable: a huge positive. The business is family owned and operated and this made the difference. I would recommend them to anyone. If we ever have a breakdown in or near Fresno, Id definitely go back! A shout out to Isaiah - he was wonderful. :)

Cuck_Socker Eric is a great guy. He took care of me and his prices are way less than what everyone else quoted me. The work was done fast and he did a great job.

Stevi LeBar I cant say enough about the awesome customer service provided by this company, it was very refreshing. From the inquiry phone call to the smog technician ,the staff were really good listeners and explained clearly . The location was easy to find and away from busy city traffic making it convenient . The office, shop and grounds were clean and organized. Would highly recommend this company.

Barrera Guadalupe (Hugehefner71) They changed my timing belt, put a new main rear seal and they did it fast and efficiently. They even cleaned up my motor Im very satisfied with their work. I totally recommend if you are looking for an honest, reasonably priced mechanic shop go to them.
