Kristen Comello Jerry Graham Auto has the nicest staff. They took great care of my car. They were super responsive when I called and asked questions. My car looks amazing! I have used them twice and each time was better than the last. They feel like family and can be completely trusted to do a great job. My car needs a lot of work and appreciate that they only helped me with what I needed at the moment and didn’t pressure me into more work. So thankful for their professionalism and kindness. They finished early and saved me money on my rental car. So thankful!

Within just two hours, Sabino accurately identified and fixed the problems—a thermostat that wasn’t opening properly and a faulty oxygen sensor. What truly set this shop apart was the honesty, efficiency, and affordability of the service. Sabino is not only highly skilled but also incredibly genuine and trustworthy—qualities that are hard to come by in this industry. Before coming here, I had taken my car to three other shops in Monterey and Seaside, all of which recommended unnecessary repairs that had nothing to do with the actual issue. Ivan Meza I went in there for a smog check. The staff was very professional and friendly. Despite having issues with the DMV server, they were able to process the smog check. 10/10, would recommend +1 for having a super cute doggo!
