He has a very warm bedside manner, is very responsive in times of urgency & his staff is very efficient in helping us understand our insurance. Anytime we need a question about meds answered, they always answer promptly.

Robert & Bethany Devlahovich Every visit to Dr. Berry’s office has been an exceptional experience. From the warm welcome at the front desk by Diane to the attentive care from nurse Maira (apologies if I misspelling her name), everything is top-notch. Maira is consistently patient, thorough and friendly, making each appointment a positive experience. Now on Dr. Berry- He’s incredibly patient and takes the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. Thanks to his care, I no longer dealing with migraines or relying on unnecessary prescriptions from before. I’m grateful for his expertise and dedication!

Nicole Giles I had been dealing with intense gallbladder pain for almost a year. I had seen many doctors and none of them seemed concerned with the attacks I had been having almost weekly. I ended up in the ER and Dr. Batra was the only doctor that believed me and agreed that my gallbladder needed to be removed. He performed my cholecystectomy and I have felt amazing ever since. I am very grateful to him and the staff that helped me though this.

Fabiola Aguilera I really like the doctor, he took care of all my problems, he listened and took the time to explained everything to me. I love the point that I don’t have to make another appointment to other issues. I felt that he really cared about his patients.

chuy lopez This experience happened in 2015 may june the care for my brother was Great very professional. complain is with the cleaning lady thin lady aggressive she kicked out my parents out of the room and cleaned out my moms purse $900 we did the complaint but her boss said its our word against hers but did agreed she was a shady employee

Kirsten Lee The doctor was very friendly and helpful. However, the front staff was rude to everyone who came in. I went there twice and the first time I was there I listened to on lady screaming into the phone for a good 10 minutes regarding labs on a patient. I understand fighting for your patient, but she was completely unprofessional to the person on the other end. When I signed in I told them I was new. They directed me to sit and wait for 2 hours and then yelled at me for not filling out the paper work they never gave me. I am finding a new doctors office because of the horrible receptionist services I received both times.

Robert Lee From start to finish I was blown away by the service at CHOC. We were transferred in from St. Francis hospital. The nurses and doctors were so attentive and kept us up to speed on everything. We had so much confidence that our son would be taken cared of. We were so confident that we rested couple days at home because the nurses took care of our son like it was their own child. Dr Sinha gave me a drawing of what is going on and what surgical procedure they were going to operate. I had such confidence in the doctors to do the job. My son was carefully monitored and taken cared of. We were at CHOC for a time period of about 3 weeks. Was impressed by the security as well. They were very observant and they made sure no unnecessary visitors would go through. Thank you so much to everyone at CHOC! Keep up the great work!

MI C I am very grateful to all the medical staff here at 5 Northwest.They are very professional and patient. took good care of my mother for 40 days.Carl W.Buckhorn Is a great doctor.He would listen patiently and analyze the condition carefully instead of hurrying to leave.but Case manager Patty she Is a cold heart and rude woman!Jessica Nickerson is way better than Patty!Be good at the communication.This is a very good hospital. However, apart from the management, it seems that they only care about your insurance.4 days after discharge, my mother returned to the ER.Without my permission my mother was transferred to another hospital!! But I still would give 5 stars to the work of medical staff!thank you all!!

Otto Steinegeweg I fell 30 ft. ,landing on my head and chest, yet no one thought about an xray or MRI of my neck. Even though I complained of tremendous pain in my neck every day and night, it didnt dawn on anyone that maybe something was wrong. I didnt find out about my dislocated neck for 30 days at follow up doctor. He said it was the first time in 30 year career someone came into his office with a dislocated neck, instead of it being taken care of in the emergency room setting. Also, I was given NO sedative when they set my double compound fracture of left leg. I was told its the only way they could do it so "go ahead and scream all you want." I dont know how many commercials I watched on the TV, bragging about what a great Trauma Center I was in. Best in the country.
