Milena Nikolova Gorge, Ivan and Brandon are great! Everyone at this place is super friendly and honest. I bought a spare tire from then and they even went out of their way to help me straighten up my car after a minor accident that i had earlier that day...and they did it for free! Highly recommend them and will use their services again for sure!

Ken Oestreich We needed a quick inspection on a used car (pre-purchase). They took us right away, and delivered back a *very* thorough report. The mechanic took us out to the car and carefully showed us the problem areas in a thoughtful/candid way. Loved the experience!

Roger Taranto Precision is the best. Ive been going since Ken ran the place and when Luis took over, it got even better. They do good work, charge reasonable rates, and even teach me how to do simple stuff myself. They dont try to get me to do unnecessary work, and I trust them completely on the work they say is required.

Casey S This is my 3rd experience with Liz and Jose’s muffler shop and I will be a lifetime customer. To say that my experience was top notch is an understatement. As a woman, it is especially rare to feel like this leaving any shop that has to do with automobiles. It’s often a place where you feel dismissed or at risk of being taken advantage of. Not here. Reasons why you should choose THIS muffler shop over literally any other in the Bay Area below: 1. Empathy - Liz and Jose treat you like a person. You can tell they value their customers and go above and beyond to help 2. Financials - Literally saved my car from being totaled by insurance. They helped to get a reasonable price for a catalytic converter theft replacement and built a beast of a cage to protect it. If I didn’t go here I would have been in a panic shopping for a new car. 3. Education - They took the time to educate me on warranty and care of my new catalytic converter. Making sure product lasts for their customers shows that you are always put before profit 4. Speed - My car was back to me DAYS before the estimate. That saved me money on rentals to commute to work 5. Extra Mile - Liz and Jose gave me tips on their favorite cars that are not targets to thieves. They didn’t need to do this but they even were looking out for future me with these recommendations This shop is rock solid. I tell everyone at work who may need a cage about them. Despite the unfortunate circumstances that I had to go there, I consider myself very fortunate to have found this shop.
