5 /5 Prissy Rose: I’ve been going to this gym in East Village for a while now, and it’s truly one of the best out there. Not only is it open 24 hours, which makes it super convenient for any schedule, but the facility is also incredibly clean, which adds to the whole experience. They have a great free weights area and a sauna that you can use as part of your workout — the benefits of training in the heat are amazing for endurance and recovery! They also offer classes that are fantastic for all fitness levels, from beginners like myself to more advanced members. The classes are led by virtual instructors on screen. Plus, the private atmosphere means it’s never overcrowded, so you can really focus. The owner is another highlight — friendly and genuinely attentive to members’ needs, which makes a huge difference. I highly recommend this gym if you’re looking for a great new spot in East Village!

The gym has a cool vibe, and my favorite feature is the cold plunge. Plus, it’s open 24/7, so it’s super convenient no matter your schedule.

5 /5 Rose Jazo: Great and fun place to workout and relax! I was a member for a few months and I really liked it. I did yoga, pilates, cycling and some fit classes in the infrared saunas. Also used the machines and weights outside and then relaxed in the sauna for a few minutes. The place is super convenient 24/7, clean and the owner is very friendly and responsive. If you are looking to detox, help your body with recovery or just try a new fun way to workout I definitely recommend it!

5 /5 Daisy: If you suffer with chronic pain or have injuries that do not allow you to workout, the infrared sauna guided workouts help so much to make you mobile again. I have an old soccer injury, reversed lordosis and hypothyroid so always one thing or another making it impossible to work out. I experienced a lot of weight gain which also contributed to some depression which in turn just ends up being a vicious cycle. Infrared exercises help with this as well. I have lost 20lbs since attending another gym that had an infrared but now with RE24 I love the sequence of the exercises better the classes they offer are much more diverse and address different things like some days I want to do more stretching than work out etc. It’s never hard booking classes and the gym itself never feels crowded or dirty or weirdos looking around. Everyone who goes is there to work on themselves. It feels very safe considering it’s 24 hours and it’s in downtown. This gym is so much more for me at this point. If you experience a bad day just come here instead of a bar. You won’t regret it. The owner is very nice and addresses issues promptly. This gym doesn’t feel like a big chain or a money grabbing place. It’s truly a remarkable place.
