J W This location is huge! Very good lighting, spacious, good air circulation, clean, and the men’s bathroom looks like a spa room. I had a great shower there after working out! No time limit for parking in the weekend:) it means you can take your time and have a long workout session, sauna & shower routine in the weekend i love that!

Alan Liu I did a free trial and it was great. That was my first ever personal training session, so the review might be biased. Jae asked my goals and then set my expectations on what muscles to focus on as a beginner. I think he’s knowledgeable about human bodies, as he was able to adjust my positions but more importantly explain why. I like how they end each session with a message. Overall, this gym has a pleasant atmosphere, and trainers are attentive. Free parking is a plus (at least during weekday lunch time).

Shane Rodecker 10/10 tight-knit private gym. Great community. Free parking. You can pretty much use any machine or squat rack, even during busy hours. The equipment gets updated and taken care of regularly. Also, it always smells so good here; whatever scent they pump into the gym is really nice. The general manager, Jen, is also a lovely lady and contributes to the welcoming feel of the gym. Overall, its a high-quality place to train.

Ki Nassauer I am not a fan of working out, but I am a HUGE fan of STLA! I knew when I hit 70 I needed to do something to re-build my strength and stamina to keep up with 4 grandchildren. Working out with Jonathan has allowed me to exceed my expectations! I am able to lift heavy grocery bags, get in and out of my car at record speed and carry two kids at a time all while keeping my balance. I convinced a few gal pals to join me and we have been committed to 3 days a week for more than a year. Cheers to staying strong!

Juan Vazquez I’ve been a member here for two years. The gym is great, and the spa has become a part of my daily routine. The spa itself is well worth the price of the membership, especially if you go every day. I like using it to decompress after a long day, and to recover after a good workout. Hot/cold therapy does wonders for the mind and body. The spa facilities include two saunas, a steam room, an ice room, a warm tub, a hot tub, and a cold tub. The place is kept clean by the friendly crew, and you have access to towels, showers, and a dressing area with nice lotions and decent hair products. Ignore the reviews saying this place isn’t welcoming to people who aren’t Korean. I’ve always felt welcomed here—greeted with a smile by both the staff and fellow patrons. I can’t imagine my life without Aroma. I’ll be a member for as long as I live in Koreatown.

Khan Hocagil Had an incredible experience with Ricky helping me out and getting started an an amazing membership rate and got me hooked up with a guest privilege to bring in a buddy to workout with also! Beautiful club very clean.

Calvin Bonser One of the most carefully curated gyms I’ve ever been to. They have equipment for everything you need and then some. I highly recommend the lab for anyone who is serious about working out or athletes looking for the right set up to improve performance. Also the owner Rocco is the man!

Daniel Amaro First time to this location, had business to attend and decided to workout nearby. I was hesitant at first, after reading so many negative reviews. This LAFITNESS location did not disappoint, multiple layers of workout space, they have plenty of machines and free weights; all working. The locker room, bathrooms and showers were very clean. The entire staff was friendly and on top of things for what I saw. Also the people working out was cool and handling workout business. Parking structure seen safe and clean, walking security at all times. Validation inside the LAFitness front desk. Overall excellent gym and recommend! I’ll probably be back, had a good workout.
