5 /5 Myriam Skodock: I really like this gym! Its the perfect place and vibe to "destress" after or before a busy workday. There is never an overwhelming number of people there, so you can always get to the machine that you want to use. Triathlon training is perfect here, too, due to the outdoor pool. Generally, I love that I can do all my workouts outside. Everyone is respectful, especially the staff, who are super friendly and welcoming. Cute little community.

5 /5 Rodney A. Booker: Ive been a member at this gym for about a year, and I can honestly say its one of the best fitness environments Ive ever experienced. From the moment you walk in, youre greeted with a warm and genuine welcome that sets a positive tone for the entire visit. The staff and management are incredibly accommodating and consistently friendly, they really go out of their way. One of the things I appreciate most is how stocked everything is. Towels, toiletries, and other essentials are always available, which makes every visit hassle free. Its clear that member satisfaction is a top priority. Parking is another big plus! It’s convenient and free for up to three hours, which is a rare and valuable perk in the downtown area. It makes getting in and out for your workout completely stress free. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean, well managed, and genuinely friendly place to work out! Also, the view is incredible.

5 /5 Rashaad Forehand: This is a great gym if you live or work downtown! They have a pool, a large area to workout outside and good facilities inside. In addition to that the customer service is fantastic and they have a number of coaches and other people to help you on your finish journey.

The space is clean, modern, and has a great vibe that keeps me motivated. It feels more like a community than just a gym, and I always leave feeling energized.

5 /5 Christian Magpayo: Absolutely love this gym. They recently renovated their equipment and made changes to the layout and it has improved a lot. Of all the gyms I’ve worked out at in SD this is the one I prefer. I can come in and get my work out done and really focus. They’re complete with an indoor outdoor equipment, pool, PT, sauna, steam room etc. The staff is super friendly and courteous and is always there for you.
