Katrina Vallance Jaime is fantastic! I have always had incredible tightness in my back and shoulders, and I needed a couple sessions to work on it, but the relief she brought was unbelievable! If you have something super tight to work on, I highly recommend a couple sessions over a week to get amazing results.

Peter Swartz Inner Path is a sacred sanctuary tucked in the magical town of Nevada City. This is a spiritual seekers candy store with yoga, meditation, healing services, instruments, crystals, essential oils, altar pieces and complete with a metaphysical bookstore. I highly recommended exploring this gem to find goodies for yourself, gifts for others and events for the whole family

brittany gamez Just left my first ever twerk class with Melody. Was a fantastic time, she made me and my boyfriend feel very comfortable shaking our butts even though our technique was comedically clumsy. Great workout, great time!

Edward Sylvester I have been a client of Gils for over 10 years. I started because I dislocated two lower discs in my back in a kayak accident and after seeking advice went to GO Pilates and worked with Gil. She knew exactly how to address the issue without pain and as a result in less than a year the disks (to my doctors amazement) went back to almost normal. I have been going ever since and having turned 87 I credit Gil with my fixability and stamina to keep on traveling and to be engaged in community volunteer organizations. Whenever I get a little creaky my body says "call Gil!"

Mary Woolwine I have been taking Nickys classes for over 6 years, both in-studio and online. Im now only taking online classes due to a move. Nickys cues are clear and easy to follow, even through the screen, and the pacing is a perfect balance between challenging and achievable. Her classes offer a full-body routine that really target the core and flexibility. The video and audio quality are excellent, and the flow of the sessions make it easy to stay engaged from start to finish.

Joshua Carroll Have been going to Kinfolk several times a week for the last 3 months. I really love the studio, all the teachers and participants are very relaxed and down to earth and kind, and also clearly very knowledgeable and skilled. Its a wonderful space to practice in and has a very community / home vibe. In particular I really love Elenas Friday Qi Gong class as well as Mandy and Trudys classes. Thank you Kinfolk!!!
