Bridges Rock Gym

Friendly Notary A great place to take your kids and teens to. Plenty of space inside for all levels of rock climbers. They even have weights and cardio equipment so you can work out here daily. Their prices are reasonable and they have summer camps for kids! Highly recommend coming here if you are into rock climbing.

Happy Hour Fitness Studio

Elana Marmorstein No matter your age, fitness level, or experience, taking a workout class at Happy Hour Fitness with Xabier will make you sweat and make you smile! He has an infectious energy, and paired with the workouts, really makes you want to push yourself in class. Every class is something unique and includes a great playlist. What really makes the studio unique in my opinion, is he has cultivated a group that all works together to push each other to be their best during the class. Classes always begin with dynamic stretching and end with core work and a cool down. I appreciate that Xabier always offers modifications for exercises to accommodate all fitness levels and is considerate of injuries or any barriers to exercise. If youre looking for a small fitness studio dedicated to fun workouts, fitness, and inclusivity, this is the place to be.

Bay Strength

Alicia Roy Bay Strength is a clean, friendly, supportive gym! I was new to weight lifting and the "Learn to Lift" course plus coaching were incredibly helpful to making me feel safe and comfortable with the exercises and equipment. The community of lifters and coaches is amazing and Im so happy to have found Bay Strength!

Mark Jellison Training & Fitness

Luigi Oldani 10 out of 10. Mark is a great trainer and has a wonderful operation going with his gym and availability to do virtual sessions and kettle bell classes. I started fresh with mark, I hadn’t been getting regular exercise for a long time. My body hurt; grunts and groans as I moved through the day, lots of aches and pains even first thing in the morning. I now see mark 3 days a week. My body feels strong and pain free from the start of my day throughout my daily routine. And I don’t think I’ll ever stop a regular exercise routine using the gym techniques he’s taught me. I can’t endorse him enough.

XFit Training

Jenny Staples I really liked the class I did yesterday. I am super sore today, but I’ll be back tomorrow. It went by really fast and was very effective. My abs and arms are both sore like I did a good job.

Eric Wonder I’ve been coming to this San Pablo location since they first open the staff has always been super friendly and welcoming. Even though they don’t have a janitorial staff, employees do an amazing job at keeping the club up kept.

Bridges Fitness

Susan Park My husband and I attend classes 3-4 days a week. We love the instructor lead program and see results in our weight, balance and strength. We are both retired, and like to bike, hike, kayak and ski. Bridges program is the perfect training to keep us healthy and able to do other sports without injury. It is almost like having a personal trainer without the cost. Each session can be tailored to individual needs. It is also a small community of like minded individuals who encourage each other to keep fit and to keep with the program!

Traverse Fitness

C B Traverse has been wonderful for my kiddo. The coaches have been super supportive. They’ve been great at keeping my son actively engaged and encouraging a positive/growth mindset in my son. My son had started doing the open gym a little while ago - traverse is a great “ninja” (parkour-type) gym with lots of space for kids (and adults!) to drop in. Because of the great facility and the positive interactions with the helpful and encouraging coaches that supervise open gym, my son felt inspired to take classes at traverse. Not too long after starting classes, and with the encouragement of more great coaches, my son wanted to join the traverse team - and loves it! The summer camps and school break camps have also been a really fun way for my kiddo to be active during school breaks. Very happy that we found traverse - highly recommend!

Lakeridge Athletic Club

Joseph Guthrie I have been going to Lakeridge for close to 10 years. Lakeridge is such a great place, clean, welcoming, and full of energy. The best part is the people, especially Cherie. She’s always so kind and friendly, and really makes you feel at home every time you walk in.
