Luigi Oldani 10 out of 10. Mark is a great trainer and has a wonderful operation going with his gym and availability to do virtual sessions and kettle bell classes. I started fresh with mark, I hadn’t been getting regular exercise for a long time. My body hurt; grunts and groans as I moved through the day, lots of aches and pains even first thing in the morning. I now see mark 3 days a week. My body feels strong and pain free from the start of my day throughout my daily routine. And I don’t think I’ll ever stop a regular exercise routine using the gym techniques he’s taught me. I can’t endorse him enough.

Elana Marmorstein No matter your age, fitness level, or experience, taking a workout class at Happy Hour Fitness with Xabier will make you sweat and make you smile! He has an infectious energy, and paired with the workouts, really makes you want to push yourself in class. Every class is something unique and includes a great playlist. What really makes the studio unique in my opinion, is he has cultivated a group that all works together to push each other to be their best during the class. Classes always begin with dynamic stretching and end with core work and a cool down. I appreciate that Xabier always offers modifications for exercises to accommodate all fitness levels and is considerate of injuries or any barriers to exercise. If youre looking for a small fitness studio dedicated to fun workouts, fitness, and inclusivity, this is the place to be.

Friendly Notary A great place to take your kids and teens to. Plenty of space inside for all levels of rock climbers. They even have weights and cardio equipment so you can work out here daily. Their prices are reasonable and they have summer camps for kids! Highly recommend coming here if you are into rock climbing.

Mina Vlasic After a long time away from the gym, walking into IBX was exactly the push I needed, and Im so glad I found it. What truly sets IBX apart is the incredible, welcoming community. Its genuinely inspiring to see people of all ages and fitness levels training together. Theres no intimidating atmosphere here; the biggest competition you have is truly with yourself. The coaches are fantastic—they know exactly how to give you that gentle push and consistent encouragement without ever making you feel overwhelmed. Their guidance has been key in helping me get back into a routine safely and effectively. I also really appreciate all the additional member and community events and workshops IBX hosts. It shows a commitment not just to physical fitness, but to the overall well-being and connection of their members. If youre looking for a gym where you can find support, great coaching, and a non-judgemental community, especially if youre coming back after a break, IBX is the place to be!

Berkss Casp For all the whiny pansies that think nice gyms make nice bodies, go elsewhere. For those who paid to earn it, got certified, and took matters into their own hands? Well, this place doesnt dissapoint. Love it or hate it. I love it.

Karla Sainz This gym is great! Been going here for about 2 years now and the strength gains are there - if youve never tried CrossFit, thats okay because the coaches here are great at meeting you where youre at.
