Becca Pierson I’m usually skeptical to get my nails done, after some bad experiences, but Sarah did an amazing job! I’m a nail biter and was happy to learn that she could sculpt me beautiful nails using nail forms. She is a super sweet and talented lady. Definitely recommend! Great quality and great prices.

Jeri Petersen Sarah did a fantastic job on my nails. Im not a big nail person but they looked so wonderful when she got through. She is an artiste for sure.

Joann Maxwell Great mani/pedi at Studio 281. Going back for some tanning sessions. Karen the owner is very welcoming. Her salon is very organized & clean. She has a very easy touch & is very concerned about giving clients a great experience which I received..My nails/toenails were damaged last year by another chop shop salon. Karen gave me some great tips & theyre on the road to recovery..Im definitely going back. Cant wait to see my nails healthy & have Karen work her creative magic & make my nails look amazing. Its been a week since I was there & my nails are still glossy & silky.

Sandi Courcier Karen at Studio 281 in the Kelseyville Riviera has always done an amazing job on my nails. She is very thoughtful and professional. The fact that she also has a tanning bed and pedicure stations in her shop is an added bonus!

Kate Loza First time there, had a lovely gel pedicure in a very strong massage chair. The lady who did my toes was very fast and thorough and sweet. Will definitely be back!

Dessii McAlear I specifically ask for Kim as my nail technician. I adore her. She is experienced, quick, and skilled in her designs and art work. She always asks if Im okay with what the costs are before she does things, not as a way to be rude but as a way to ensure I dont have any surprise costs Im not ready to pay or approving. I like to pay cash and cash in tips as it helps the business not have higher fees. I feel they like to give me discount due to paying in cash but that could be my imagination. I had my pink and white ombre fill about a week ago and am extremely hard on my nails as I do home construction as a profession. My nails almost always last unless I hit one with a hammer or something terrible work related. When that happens, I let it heal and then go back and Kim helps me the best she can to make the nail look good again. In my photo attached, the nail with the design is one I accidentally ripped off even my actual nail in my recent motorcycle accident and she did a great job helping it look fresh with what natural nail I had left for her to work with. She was gentle with it. My guy went in and paid for my nails to be done (before I went there) and he didnt have the greatest experience with the man in the 1st seat. Just said he wasnt very welcoming to him as a customer who was dropping $200 cash at their business but otherwise said Kim was very nice to him. She even asks about him now when I go in. The only reason for one reduced star is because I too havent had the best service from the 1st chair man. From my experience he was pretty rough, quick, and lacked attention to detail that feels important.

Kathy Agnese I get my lashes done by Kim… she does a great job and I think they’re better than ones I’ve had done at more expensive salons. Plus she’s so friendly and fast, too! I also get manicures and pedicures here… everyone does such a good job. They do great nail art. Kim has done several cute designs for me. Most recently I was heading to a 49er game and Kathy did a great design! I’d recommend this salon to anyone. The only thing I would change is that they don’t take appointments so you might have to wait, although they do have plenty of staff!

Mathew and Lisa Jennings I have not had one good experience here since Dean and Katie left. I keep going back because of limited options. This last time will be my last. I don’t do tips I just do acrylic over my natural nails. First I was charged for a full set when I just needed a fill. I still went back after. The last time I was there my nails were filed uneven and the nail polish is painted uneven and streaked. It’s been three days and the acrylic has already chipped off. I also got a pedicure. The girl was rough and it was a very painful experience. The water for my foot soak was too cold she was aggressive with the massage and barely cut my toe nails forcing me to go back before I normally would. The staff has always been rude. There was one kid there that did a good job and was the reason I stayed after Dean and Katie left and he is no longer there.

Joann Maxwell The technicians arent trained as well as they should be most are just trainees. Most dont speak English. If u get a pedicure once & go back a few week to get another it will not be the same. They use cheese gratters on your feet aa part of the pedicure. This is not an allowed process by the Board of Cosmetology. these trainees have been know to take off too much skin & make people bleed. The owners wife does the gel nails..shes amazing. These trainee technicians come & go.

Nanci Lepper She did a horrible job the whole time she talked about how she takes her time to please the customer and make sure that they come back look what she did charge $55 for this I want my money back and I will never refer anybody to them ever again took her an hour and 45 minutes

Jody Anderson Enriquez After work my car drove by the spa and then my feet said do a uturn… so we did. And we spent one hour in absolute bliss! It was heaven. Paraffin hot stones what’s not to love! Plus my feet look and feel incredible! I’ve been to other pedicure places in Lakeport and this one is by far my favorite! It will be yours too!
