RJ Bridston Becky is just a really likable and down to earth person. She makes you feel special and knows everything about hair. It was a real treat to get such a great cut after not cutting my hair from a stylist in about ten years. My old stylist moved away and my hubby became my new stylist. I love my hubby but he’s not great with hair (haha). It felt so good to get something done for myself after so long. Definitely going back!

Shaina Tiritilli I have seen them for multiple years and have never had anything but wonderful things to say. The salon is small but upscale, the stylists are nothing but professional and skilled, and their customer service is stellar. I have had health issues and that has resulted in major hair changes and they’ve helped me develop my hair into something much thicker, healthier, and longer.

Alx Dool There are no words to express how my hairstylist Katin made me feel when I walked out of the salon. The confidence this color and cut gave me was through the roof! MERMAIDSHELLY88 Jacob Masquat is my hair stylist, and he is an absolute hair wizard! He does your hair BEAUTIFULLY, every time… he has made me bright light gorgeous blonde, and he gives the greatest haircuts ever! He takes his time so it looks amazing. Every time I have an appointment with him I feel wonderful during the process and after. Plus; he’s so sweet and a genuinely kind person, he’s fun to talk to, and has great vibes all around. :) 100 stars, I’d recommend him to anyone.

Erica & Patrick Ziobro This place is beautiful, relaxing, such a great concept. Made an appointment for my teen daughter and self to get facials from Lindsey Mayer, a Skin Care Specialist who I found through social media. She is absolutely amazing. Her suite has such a cozy and elegant feel. I would recommend and refer her to anyone and everyone.

Annissa Jones Dont go to braid my Iesha in Suite 27. She seems to like to arrive late but doesnt give a discount or anything but will charge you if you have an emergency and need to cancel. My daughter had an appointment on NOV 9 2023 at 930 a.m. She didnt arrive until 20 minutes later. I gave her another chance and scheduled her with my 6-year-old for 1/10/2024. My daughter became sick, and we found out she has COVID. So as a courtesy and to ensure no one got sick, I messaged Iesha and told her what was going on. She charged me a fee anyway; this is after being late to my first appointment. This is a warning. If you book and get sick, go anyway. If she gets sick, then its well deserved.

Brianna Murdock I’ve never been to a salon before but decided to try out Smith Salon. I booked with Crystal for a hair cut and consultation. We talked about my needs and wants when it comes to my hair and she not only gave me solutions but suggested products (which she used on me during my service so I could try it out and I bought some when I left) when we got to the hair cut she double checked all the lengths to make sure that is what I wanted and suggested what would be best for my hair health/look. We talked the whole time about life and I had an amazing first time at the salon. Super cute inside, prices are reasonable for what is included. Crystal does an amazing blowout and provides a great service and time. I am so happy with my hair and it’s only been a day and my hair feels sooo much better. Could not recommend them more!!

Brigitte Otto Got my hair cut for the first time there, by Crysta. I have thin, short hair and I asked for an A-line cut. I showed Crystal a picture. I’m not easy to please when it comes to my hair, but this lady is awesome!!! Yay!! I finally found someone who listens and knows what she’s doing. I’m 67 years old, so I’ve been looking for a while. lol I am so happy with Crystal. Can highly recommend her. And…she is an absolute pleasure!

Thalia Flores Best hair stylist! Started with Ariel who worked with me to get the hair color I wanted without bleaching. It took a while but its finally perfect. Sadly. She moved away but Crystal has helped me maintain my copper red hair. I always feel comfortable and at ease with Smith hair salon. My hair is the healthiest its been even while getting colored every 2 months.

Raquel Reyes If you haven’t experienced Salon DLM yet, you’re truly missing out! I’ve been a loyal customer for over 8 years, and there’s no place I’d rather go. The salon itself is stunning and creates such a warm, inviting atmosphere. The entire team is incredibly friendly and makes you feel right at home. I’ve been seeing Tymorie, the owner, for all my hair needs. She’s a true expert—my hair always looks absolutely gorgeous when I leave, and I get compliments every single day! Amy Barnes Denae is absolutely the best! She makes my hair look so good every single time. She is so sweet, always makes me feel comfortable and takes the best care of my hair. I never know exactly what I want so with Denae I can simply relax and trust that she’ll make me look amazing! I walk in feeling like a grey haired old lady and walk out feeling like a million bucks! I will never go to anyone else!!! I was so lucky to find Salon DLM when I moved here about 3 years ago. They are very welcoming, clean and affordable. Over the past few years since going to Denae she has healed my hair. She does my hair so perfectly and makes sure I use the correct products so it stays looking good between salon visits too. Highly recommend salon DLM for all types of hair!

Fatima Malikzad Salon DLM is such a clean and welcoming space, with a friendly front desk team that sets the tone for a great experience. I had an amazing time with Megan! I have a very sensitive scalp, and she was the most gentle hairdresser I’ve ever had. Mind you, this was almost a 6-hour process–I’m Persian, so I have a lot of hair LOL! Megan was so careful and attentive, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. Not only did she do a fantastic job with my hair, but her kindness and gentle touch made the whole experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend Megan for anyone looking for someone skilled and incredibly considerate. Thank you, Megan :)

Lydia Duran Megan did mine and my mother’s hair, Megan was amazing and accommodating towards both of us. She did such an amazing job on both of our hairs. We come from the san fernando valley and it was totally worth the drive to visit Salon DLM. Most definitely recommend coming here!

Jelieza R Always always ALWAYS get your extensions done by Ayeshia (among so many other services)! She is quick and easy to communicate with, and she was always checking in with me during my install. Ive thought about extensions before but I was always hesitant about the stylists experience with already thick hair like mine, but after checking her work on social media I felt a lot more confident. She made sure to continuously blend the extensions to my natural hair so the end result was seamless (see photos attached). Jenn Shepard Maria and her staff are amazing!!! I started coming here for hair loss a few months back and continue to come here for it. Let me just say WOW! My hair has completely changed. I am no longer losing my hair but I also have more hair growing. For years I thought all my hair shedding was normal for the amount I was losing with how thick my hair is....little did I know its not normal, and when I started to notice on the top of my head how much it was thinning out I seeked out solutions and Maria was that person for me. Now my hair shedding is almost nothing. The amount I was losing in 1 day is still more then what I now lose in 1 month. The itching I had and tension I was feeling is gone. A Fifield Maria Vitale is an exceptional hair stylist who is skilled and intuitive. She has always taken the time to listen to what I want for my hair and finds the best solution to balance what I want for my hair and what is best for my hair. Her extensive knowledge makes her an asset to each of her clients. I have naturally curly hair and Maria has always known how to cut my hair so that when it’s curly is looks full and vibrant. Not all curly hair-hair cuts are created equal. I cannot say enough about Maria’s abilities or her kind and generous nature. One last note about her staff- they too are very kind, competent and strive to make you feel welcome and at ease while visiting the salon.

Ellen Voyce I’ve never before had such a thorough analysis of my scalp, hair thinning and hairstyling needs. Maria really listened and understood my issues. She did a few different masks and a red light treatment to help with some bruising I had (it’s completely gone now) hands down best facial. My skin feels so refreshed. Megan Handler EDIT: Donnie, the salon owner, contacted me immediately via email. He not only refunded the service (which was totally unnecessary but appreciated), but offered me a future visit with another tech. He also updated the information on the website to reflect the duration of time and effort for Laura’s services. While my nails may not have come out the way I wanted, the salon handled it wonderfully and I will certainly be back to give it another chance. New to the area and found the salon online, with no rec for someone specific to see. Got an acrylic fill with Laura. The fill was fine, but slow. I asked for a french manicure and the painting was bad. The white is all uneven and while it was clear she was trying, she just wasnt good at painting on tips. I would probably go back for a solid polish, but it also shouldnt take 1.5 hours for a fill.

Robin Hassen I had a great experience getting my hair done with Asia! This was my first time to this salon and I will be back. What I appreciated most of all was that Asia took time in the beginning of the session to ask many questions and truly understand what I wanted done and she definitely delivered. Melissa Goulet I have reviewed Karen Allen Salon before, but feel compelled to provide another review. Recently, I asked for a complete color transformation. I wanted to go from the deep, dark brown with highlights that I have had for the last several years, to a vibrant coppery red. My stylist, Natalia Alvarez, was up to the challenge and talked me through everything. We looked at color samples, discussing how the colors I wanted could be best achieved given my existing dark color and highlights and the fact that my roots have a lot of gray when my hair grows in. Natalia and I made a plan, and Natalia executed it a couple of weeks ago. I was worried that the change might be too much for me, and that I might need some time to get used to it, even though it was what I wanted. As it turned out, I loved it from the first moment. I have received so many compliments on it, and it feels so natural to me. I wish I did it years ago. I cannot thank Natalia and Karen Allen Salon enough for once again making me feel fabulous! Michael Brunner What a wonderful man who loves his craft and it shows! He’s been cutting, coloring, & styling hair for 43 years now and he really brings the energy! My daughter requested lots of highlights and layers and it’s not easy on dark, Asian hair, but leave it to Chris to knock it out of the park! My wife comes to see Chris too.
