Mariah Vazquez I had a good experience at Nails Expo. My nails were done by one of the daughters I believe, and she did a good job! At first, I was worried, but she was kind and attentive to her quality of work and my liking of the nails I wanted. Will be coming again!

SDB SDB Well I must say it was a disappointing experience.
I dont know if its just a theme, a trend, or a pattern with a lot of the nail salons, they collect your money they do the basis of what theyre there to do, but they leave out one very most valuable important aspect.
And that is treating your customers with great customer service. Greeting them with a smile. Maybe even saying hello, how is your day.
I think my rep says her name was jelena, her name did start with a j, so I might not have it totally correct. She has long black hair, round face, wears glasses.
You know she could be a lovely lady except she sat there and worked on my feet with such a "scary sour puss face and Frown the entire Time.
Definitely not very inviting. At no point did she even attempt to strike up any kind of conversation. No matter how much I attempted to strike up a conversation. Like asking how was your day, how are you, they all Resulted in silence.
She did a gel polish color. I dont have my glasses on, and it doesnt quite look as smooth as the one I got at another location. I paid $35 for these gel nail polish spa pedicure.
Its not the money though. Its really the attitude and the type of service received. She didnt even say thank you for coming: thank you for sitting in my chair, thank you for investing your money in our business - there was no thank you.
The lady sitting at the front, I think she has said her name was Brenda, she did say "have a good night." Ill give him that.
I wont be coming back.
I am in search of a nice nail salon where they have great customer service and they can create a nice friendly conversation when you talk to them. And they provide service with a smile.
Matter fact the nail salon was virtually empty. it was only me and another lady there. I wonder why ???
MAYBE it has something to do with their customer service.
Conclusion, sadly poor customer service, no friendly attitude and no thank you for doing business with them.

Rylie Nicole I am very disappointed I paid $50 for a fill last week and two of my nails already fell off and the other ones are all lifting I dont know if they use cheap products or what but very unsatisfied will not be going here again. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The atmosphere is also very dark.
