Gregory Laubsch Very challenging to work with. 1. Making an appointment nearly impossible, getting someone on the phone is the first step, takes about an hour after being on hold and hung up on. 2. Paying a bill, same situation, 1 hour to get someone on the phone, then system not working call back. Doctor seems knowledgeable and good but no phone calls allowed to the office, (seriously) a phone center takes the calls and makes the appointments. No video appointments, no questions over a portal. Basically very hard to work with in general.

Jennifer Frame I really like Dr Silvers personality but this visit he seemed rushed. I had another issue aside from my sinus infection that needed tending to. He asked me to make another appointment in five days to get that taken care of. It’s causing me pain and that seemed a little off to me. Wont keep me from going back but I would like all of the complaints handled at one appointment. No one likes multiple doctors visits, or multiple copays.
