The moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a cold water and settled into a massaging chair that felt like pure bliss. The relaxing atmosphere—dim lighting, smooth music, and leather seating—made me feel right at home. I opted for their “Organic coffee and cream ,” which included a crisp nail trim and an amazing foot massage. The massage chair added an extra layer of relaxation that made the experience even better. The prices are about the same as a haircut, and if youre looking to treat yourself, this spot is definitely the way to go! Make sure to bring your punch card and cash as they give discount option for cash.

Todgii Eva They told me it will be $55 for my gel set and when it was time to pay she said it was $85. The pricing was misleading and the nail art she did on one single finger was $15 when it was time to pay. She didn’t tell me they charged $15 for a flower on the nail. Never going back there again. First and last time. The finished product was thick and the nail didnt look natural.

Brittany Rien This quickly became my go-to place for pedicures. The pedicure room is dimly lit and very calming, so the whole experience is soothing and relaxing. They have a good variety of pedicures to choose from. I also just started getting gel manicures, and I was very happy with this experience- very thorough and meticulous. From top to bottom, they always make sure to check in with me and make sure Im enjoying myself and pleased with the service. I love it here!

Gina Miller I love this place! Paul, the salons owner, and his wife, Nancy, are fantastic artists. You can always get in, and it has a hometown feel. All the artists are pleasant, and you can tell they are passionate about their work there.

Shannon RIncon I am new to the area and needed to find a place for my nails and toes. I tried to other places and both said they didn’t have time on a Monday @ 2pm with empty chairs. When I arrived here everyone was so nice and polite. They really made sure they were being considerate of what I was asking for and did a great job!! So glad I found my new spot in one try !!

Juliet Rodz Extremely Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience. I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Milford Nails. Before making my appointment, I was very specific about the service I wanted. I asked if they did Gelx manicures, and I was told they did. Based on this, I scheduled an appointment for 11:30 AM. When I arrived on time, the salon appeared very busy, and I didn’t mind waiting. However, they didn’t begin working on me until 12:00 PM. When I mentioned the service I had booked, they informed me that they didnt actually offer the Gelx manicure, even though I had confirmed this over the phone. The owner came over and told me they couldnt do what I requested and tried to offer me a completely different service that wasn’t what I had asked for. At no point did they start my manicure, and when I asked if they could please do what I had requested, the owner became rude and walked away, leaving me talking. She then told me she was refusing service because they were "too busy" and even suggested I go back to the salon I usually go to. I was left feeling disrespected, and my time was completely wasted. I have long natural nails, and had I known they didn’t offer the service I requested, I would have gone elsewhere. This experience was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon to anyone. The picture is how they left my nails after she told me she was refusing service. They had someone wrap my nails wiand sit there even though my appointment was at 11:30. I asked for a manicure and she told me it would be $15 the cut my cuticles? And $85 to use acrylic gel which I never asked for. It was supposed to be simple. A gel manicure and repair the corner of 2 nails with Gelx if they couldnt do anything at all. This is very disheartening for a person who already deals with social anxiety. This was a horrible experience to say the least. I would leave zero stars if I could.

Bhargavi Vaditala Belle is a really good nail tech. She does the nails exactly like we want or the style we show her in a picture. The quality of their products is really good. My nails last 4 weeks until next appointment without chipping.

Christine De Guzman It’s my second time in the place and I always had the best experience. I could say that I found the best place for my nails. I have small hands with thin skin, so I was always cautious with the process but they are so good that I don’t even need to tell them to be careful.

Shadowpath Average experience though a bit pricey - i walked in sans appointment and was seated right away - yay! I got offered no special beverages as some VIPs who’ve reviewed. Service was fine, waited a bit too long at the beginning and at the end they abandoned me to figure it out on my own, then started cleaning all around me as if I was a piece of the furniture. The abandonment typically happens at nail places though they usually put you under a dryer or say ‘15 minutes’ or give you some sort of clue as to the next step… sooo it was conveniently located to a gym I was at which is why I went, will I return…nope. Nails For Someone Else.

Michelle G Pedicure is amazing & best value around...with massage, parifin treatment, hot stone massage included. I have problems with ingrown nail on my big toes & the technician is so careful to remove it & it feels so much better afterwards.

Yesii First time here. Service was perfect! The lady who did my pedi was really nice and did good Job . Will be coming back . Its a small spot with about 4 pedi stations but didnt have to wait they took care of me quick!

Pixi I went here the other day for my first time, and I will definitely be back. I just said I waned a pedi, and I didnt ask what it included. When she dipped my feet in a bag of wax and gave me a hot stone massage, I started to wonder about the price. To my surprise, it was $35! Steal of a deal! She was very nice and offered me a bottle of water as well. I definitely found my new nail place!

RAMIREZ CARMEN (CARMENCITA) I came in last minute and I was able to get gel manicure and pedicure. They were so gentle and even answered my questions about the gel x difference. The vibes were very monochromatic and glamorous. The lotion the used smelled really good. The playlist had me singing throughout the time I was here. The customer service was on point! They greeted me, the check in process was easy. I highly recommend them.

Jen Florence Paid 70 for this. Did not do my cuticles and the paint job horrible. They offered to have her fix it but I declined. For 70 plus a 1.75 charge for using my card plus tip, just not ok this is the service for that price. On a good note my tech was very nice, but will not be returning

Wednesday Malfaz I’m a big fan of this salon and definitely recommend! I’m new to it but the few times I’ve been here I am already impressed! The pricing is great, artist are able to do all sorts of designs while still receiving a 5 star service. I like how clean the place is, as well as the large polish selection. I specifically recommend Kevin and Phillip they’re really nice and attentive to detail on my nails. Thank you for an amazing service! Another really great nail artist is Natalie she did the Gold designs of my red nail set as well as Ricky he did the red polish and shaping! Amazing service both of them are super nice

Sarah Brussee I took my daughter (5YO) here for her first pedicure. It was my first visit here as well. Pros: -they were so kind to my daughter and so patient with her -the salon itself is beautiful -wonderful selection of colors -clear pricing Cons: -the girl running the front was rude and brisk, clearly disinterested in her job -unfortunately, several of my toes are already lifting after only 3 hours, and a significant portion of one of my toes is bare. I was focused on my daughter and her comfort and did not notice this at the time and wore sneakers afterwards. I have messaged them about this to see if they’ll fix it. -pricey for what you get. It was $52 for my gel pedicure and $42 for my daughter (cash prices). I’ve received far better and cleaner gel pedicures for less. I’m not sure if they were in a hurry because they wanted my daughter and I to finish at the same time, but I can see that it was a rush job based on looks alone, and the fact that we were there for less than 30 minutes. I don’t think we will be back for pedicures (I hear their manicures are wonderful), but I’m grateful it was a good experience for my daughter.

I’m also shocked by how well done her gels are - they last ages and grow out before they ever show signs of peeling! Very reasonable prices too. ComplicatedLADY by Francesca Jennifer was super nice and my nails look great! Price was reasonable and place was clean. Would definitely recommend coming here. Just be aware they only accept cash, no credit/debit cards. Regular Manicure and Pedicure was $30.

Thanh Phan Jen is amazing to work with and pricing is very reasonable. She is personable and attentive. She is also thoughtful and is client-oriented. She suggests complimentary colors for skin tone and gives polite nudges to see if you’re open to exploring colors outside your comfort zone. She takes a lot of pride in her work and she is very genuine. She is also very clean and prides herself on keeping her place as sanitary as possible. She is by appointment only so be sure to call ahead of time folks

Cat and Vin were both very sweet and did a wonderful job. Ive been here a few times and everyone who works here always makes me feel welcomed. I appreciate that they accommodate walk-ins and same day appointments too.

P. G. Priyam I’ve been coming to Luxy since they first opened, and I’m so thrilled to see them continue to grow and succeed. They’re incredible, and their deluxe pedi is my favorite. Their gel manicures have sometimes lasted me 6-8 weeks?! Which is truly absurd and also a testament to their care and quality. They get busy so I always like to make an appointment beforehand - or at least to call ahead and check their availability on the day of.

Brie Gibson Really bummed. Wanted to love this place but first the nail color was distorted (dark in some areas light in others) so it looked almost tie dyed. Then four days later 2 nails broke. I’ve only had this happen only once with powder dip and that’s because I slammed when we were replacing our flooring.

April Painful and overpriced with long wait times. Was quoted hour 1/2 for manicure and pedicure and it took over 3 hours and over $200. Gel Manicure was done terrible and she filed my free edges so much the file went into my skin and cut me. She used the electric file and kept getting my cuticles on 3 fingers, again bleeding. Nail art was nice though! I’m not from here and went to Serenity Nails based on reviews. I won’t be back.

Kimberly Gonzalez I’m not coming back for any type of manicure, I was ripped off. I came as a walk-in for a mani and pedi. The pedicure was fine, nail polish was put on incorrectly but I don’t care much about my toe nails so it was whatever to me. After the pedicure I was moved to get my manicure. I requested Medium almond dip nails and provided a reference photo of what I like/ have had previously. I did not get anything close to what I wanted. I knew once the nails were glued and cut they were too short and it all went down hill from there. The nail tech was working extremely fast and there was absolutely no attention to detail. My cuticles were not trimmed or cleaned, the nails are lumpy, bumpy, too short. The girl who was going to go after me and sitting next to me changed her mind after seeing how mine were going. I’m very bad at speaking up for myself and I just wanted to cry at this point. It was very upsetting to be paying so much, for nails I absolutely hate. Don’t come as a walk in, although I don’t think having an appointment would help you either as they seemed to squeeze in everyone and not care about the quality of work being provided.

I was able to make an appointment online and was confirmed with my chosen slot within 15 minutes. So easy! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The salon was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Jenna DeBeaumont My mom and I have been going to this nail salon for close to 5 years now. They have always been fantastic! Neither of us have ever had a single problem. My mom always has Bebe and I normally have Louis. They always listen to what you want and I’ve never left their salon unhappy. I would absolutely recommend going here!!

Misgana Sawo The nail salon owner did my nail. She was such in a rush that I was worried about my fingers. Even after I repeatedly told her to slow down, she wouldn’t do it. I was out of there in just a few minutes and this is the result in just two days. It’s not worth your money. This is supposed to be full set gel. I do not recommend going there

jodie G I had a wonderful Cinderella’s Spa Pedicure today from Lisa at her new location in Concord. The minute you walk into her spa it just brings you so much joy. It is so beautiful and relaxing. All the aromatherapy sprays that she uses just really relax and calm all your senses. I came for the best pedicure and the massage just made me melt. We all deserve to take the time to spoil ourselves and Lisa does just that. Whatever pedicure you pick make sure and ask for the Jelly. I highly recommend this spa and let Lisa spoil you!!

Debbie McCarthy Lisa preformed a perfect job piercing my ears. Shes very conscientious, gentle and careful. The piercing placement was perfect. She listened to me intently and I got exactly what I wanted. She wisely told me to use an alcohol water mix on the piercings for 8 weeks instead of that other “stuff” some other places might sell you to use. She’s also very friendly and fun!

They may not be as inexpensive as some other salons around contra costa county, but what you are paying for is quality work, a super clean environment, the best spa pedicure you could ask for, all while talking to one of the most genuine people I’ve met in my life. I can’t say enough about the owner Lisa and the care and attention she has for her clients. Lisa only uses quality products and takes her time, ensuring your nails look amazing. Ana I got my nails done at the unit here in Concord on Saturday afternoon. It was the first time, I just asked to remove the gel nail I had and do a normal manicure. Without gel or acrylic, the same day at night the nail polish started to come off. I paid $49,45 for nothing, very disappointed with it.

It needs better lighting/lamps for those sitting on the big chairs.. the lady who helped me missed a lot of the cuticles on my toes. As for my manicure 1) the lady who helped me assumed I wanted gel but I don’t like the LED lamp on my skin. So I declined. She insisted and seemed a bit annoyed that I said no. 2) She did not use the Cuticle Remover tool and instead only used the drill. As a result… my manicure looks like something very basic that I could have done at home. Towards the end it all seemed rushed as new clients walked in. The massage, exfoliation and hot stones was a 10/10. The price is too high for the quality of the service. The picture provided is three hours after I left the salon.

Your Pursenality While visiting a friend in Concord ...we decided to get pampered for the day she looked up this place Nailed it Salon and were happy she found it. We didnt have an appointment but we were greeted, welcomed and were arranged to be taken care of even without an appointment. The wait wasnt long at all. Their service is excellent, their personal is amazing and extremely friendly and attentive. They offer champagne, tea, water, coffee and candy while your nails are being cleaned. They have, eyebrow waxing, paraffin for a softer texture of your skin, either hands or feet other than that, they have a nice set of options. Theyre prices are decent. I was happy with the end result of my manicure. This place is one to go back to!

Carmina Alemar When you walk in, to check in you have to put your phone number and email in. (To sign up for rewards) I paid $35 for the basic pedicure but all she did was clip my toe nails, rub my legs and paint them. Cuticles didn’t get done, scrubbing my heal wasn’t done. I fanned my toes, took the tissue out and left. Unfortunately, I guess it wasn’t fully dry so I’m going to get some nail polish to fix it…I haven’t gotten a pedicure in a year, I was just really hoping to have my dry heals scrubbed and cuticles done. Maybe you have to pay more? It wasn’t busy so I assume she wasn’t rushing.

keerthana boddepalli I got my acrylic nails done at this salon today, and within just a few hours, the nail polish is already peeling off. This is completely unacceptable! I expected quality service, but instead, I’m left with a manicure that didn’t even last a day. Definitely never coming back here!

SeluF Beautifully done Gel manicure. $30bucks. Thorough and well done! I was a few doors down doing laundry and hesitated to come here because of the low ratings but decided to give it a go. I was not at all disappointed. On a Wednesday around 4 ish. I would definitely come here again if I’m in the area. P.s I see now, there were only two people reviewing this before me.

Lanise Woods I hadn’t been to high tech nails in Concord over a year. I went today and got a pedicure and asked for white polish. After the service was completed I asked the cost? She said $50! I was shocked and asked for what? She said for the jell. I never asked for the jell. The technician said that’s what I had the last time. That’s a lie. So she assumed that was what I wanted. Mind you, the last time I was there she didn’t do my pedicure nor did I have the jell. She straight up lied to my face. I will never go back there again! Took advantage of her customer and lost a customer…

Amanda Ybarra I have been going to Mai (Dimension Nails owner) for 10 years now. And for 5 of those years I would come all the way from Sacramento just to have her do my nails . She’s that great . She knows what I like and what I don’t like . If you give her free range on the design she goes all out for you and her prices are reasonable. Her nail salon is always clean, organized and welcoming to come into . I highly recommend making an appointment in a timely matter for her because her shop does get busy with walks in and such. I wish people could be more understanding and patient with her at times when appointments may take just a bit more time than expected. Some things are completely out of her control . I am so happy to have moved back to the Bay Area , I live in Antioch and gladly make the drive to concord to see her for my monthly full set and pedicure . She uses high quality products, I go every 3 weeks for a fill and never lose a nail, my pedicure last 6 weeks!! She’s an amazing artist and does incredible work!

Discovery Bay French Bulldogs Today was my first visit. I walked in an hour before closing and I was serviced right away. The staff is exceptionally friendly, especially Hannah who placed a full set of beautiful acrylics. Prices are very fair with a relaxing vibe. I will definitely be returning.

Uranzee Ulambayar Came here 4 times in 3 years prior all very very bad experiences. 2hours for the dipping powder( 65$ +10$ for the 2 extensions=75$ and tip ) . 1 hour for the cleaning nails , taking all the mess she did (25$ plus tip). taking more Costumers even she is not done with previous ones and stops caring on the quality of the job, Saw few times flirting with male Costumers and forgetting that there is someone sitting and waiting for her to finish the job!
