5 /5 Abigail Getty: Always very happy with my experience at Serenity. I started with Jenny in 2021 and have continued to go back! Jenny is an artist! Care is always taken with each manicure and pedicure treatment. Clean, quiet, relaxing environment. I knew right away that I would not go to another nail salon ever again. Experience it yourself.

1 /5 April: Painful and overpriced with long wait times. Was quoted hour 1/2 for manicure and pedicure and it took over 3 hours and over $200. Gel Manicure was done terrible and she filed my free edges so much the file went into my skin and cut me. She used the electric file and kept getting my cuticles on 3 fingers, again bleeding. Nail art was nice though! I’m not from here and went to Serenity Nails based on reviews. I won’t be back.

1 /5 Kimberly Gonzalez: I’m not coming back for any type of manicure, I was ripped off. I came as a walk-in for a mani and pedi. The pedicure was fine, nail polish was put on incorrectly but I don’t care much about my toe nails so it was whatever to me. After the pedicure I was moved to get my manicure. I requested Medium almond dip nails and provided a reference photo of what I like/ have had previously. I did not get anything close to what I wanted. I knew once the nails were glued and cut they were too short and it all went down hill from there. The nail tech was working extremely fast and there was absolutely no attention to detail. My cuticles were not trimmed or cleaned, the nails are lumpy, bumpy, too short. The girl who was going to go after me and sitting next to me changed her mind after seeing how mine were going. I’m very bad at speaking up for myself and I just wanted to cry at this point. It was very upsetting to be paying so much, for nails I absolutely hate. Don’t come as a walk in, although I don’t think having an appointment would help you either as they seemed to squeeze in everyone and not care about the quality of work being provided.

5 /5 Jessicka Lujan: Anna was phenomenal. I took my 11 year old to get her nails done for her birthday and Anna exceeded her expectations. She is so happy! I was able to make an appointment online and was confirmed with my chosen slot within 15 minutes. So easy! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The salon was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I can’t wait to go back to experience one of their lux pedicures! Thank you Anna. We hope to see you again soon! ❤️
