Dr Su and her PA-Cs are all very knowledgeable and most importantly, caring and are here to help me to figure out whats wrong with me! They treat me with a great deal of respect and empathy and leave their egos outside of the office!

1 /5 Rebecca Tulloch: I was a client of Dr. Myron’s for almost a year and every time I had an appointment she was late to it (including being four hours late to my initial visit). Then I never received information after a blood work test she had ordered for me to know what to do from there, something she had said she would follow up on. The final straw was the admins/scheduling team member who when I was asking for clarification on why I couldn’t just have a test ordered off my my chart message was told that I HAD to come in and if I didn’t like that I could find another practitioner. It was extremely rude and abrasive and I’m so glad to no longer be a patient here.

5 /5 Tony V: Dr. Janeway shares knowledge, listens to the patient, gives facts, and above all, is a practitioner who is the epitome of total quality patient care. Any / all concerns are addressed in a timely, professional manner. He is a doctor who does not keep looking at his watch only to say "sorry, your time is up".
