Paula Glazer Vornbrock The visit began on time, the office staff was patient and clear with explanations, Dr. Kunhiraman clearly described my current situation, intermittently asked if I had questions, and when I did, he gave good explanations.

Iced Macchiato My 85 year old mother is a patient of Dr. Mark Maoicco. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr Mark and his staff. My mom has quite a few health problems. Dr Mark has been so helpful in guiding my mother for future. A few mentions: Pam is truly such a patient and professional staff member- she exemplifies great customer service and I am so thankful for her knowledge and experience (my mom was talked into switching her Medicare supplement and Pam was instrumental in helping us and was amazing and patient)!!!! Shannon, Dr Marks nurse also goes above and beyond to help and answer questions! Taylor (I believe was the name) also took the time to explain Medicare to me (as I do not have Medicare yet). The two front desk staff (I dont know their names) are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. One of them has a silly sign at her desk reminding people to be kind to one another! Having an elderly and aging parent is tough but the staff at Quality Care really do "CARE" and go above and beyond to help their patients!! My family and I (and my Mother) are so thankful for all their assistance!!! I would award 10 stars if I could!! (Rachel Machado).

Kendra L. John I was checked in right away, but after I got into the room and had my vitals taken, I experienced a longer-than-expected wait for the doctor. However, when she arrived, she exceeded my expectations. I had several questions, and she took the time to explain everything thoroughly, even drawing it out on paper for my notes. Dr. Kaushal made me feel heard and relieved when I left the clinic. Thank you, Lincoln YVFW.

colleen silva Even though I arrived early, my wait time was so short. The clerks at the front desk were friendly and eager to check me in. The nurses aid and nurse were kind and efficient. My ARNP Caolae Jones was good at getting through the info and results of my recent shoulder surgery. I liked that she scheduled another appointment in 2 weeks to see how I’m doing with administering antibiotics at home and see that no infection has developed. I appreciate Cornerstone Medical.

Jeff Pickard The hospital was clean and professional in appearance. What made the building better was the quality staff. My doctor was informative and supportive. The OR staff was great. The prep nurse was great! I was nervous and anxious. Her calm reassurance helped me relax. She made sure that I understood what was happening and what was going to happen. Had she not explained (and made sure I understand) the symptoms that would occur during the recovery faze, I would have made a unnecessary trip to the ER. You have great and wonderful people on your staff. Please treat them like they have value. The building is great, without great staff its worthless.

Hye Parkman The front desk provides the fast professional admin services. The doctors are very knowledgeable; they listen to my concerns and provide appropriate treatments and referrals. Of course nurses are friendly and doing the job well. I respect them all and am a very happy patient.

H Gail Allen I visited Mexico this February for the first time, I’m 83 and had walked with a cane for 4 years. I lost my passport and had to stay for an extra week. What to do for that extra week besides sea and sun? What my friend did was call his doctor, Dr. Rosa Maria Martinez. She came out to his apartment that day on her way home, examined me and made appointments, one for X-rays the next day and another with a orthopaedic doctor the day after. She also checked my meds, because the extra week in Mexico left me short, and left me a prescription for enough to tide me over until I got home. She was so thoughtful and efficient. I was so grateful. That would not have happened in Canada. Doctors don’t make house like that. And to make arrangements then for other appointments right away? I really felt she was magic. Thank you.
