S H My soulmate of 13 years started to decline. Navigating our vet and emergency vet brought on a lot of loneliness as symptoms were a little vague and they’re so busy. We landed at OVS oncology thinking we’d lose her that day based on her worsened condition and X-rays. The team were immediately warm and comforting which was absolutely incredible despite my relentless feeling of doom. She went through a scary situation some hours later. Dr. Parshley contacted me immediately with digestible information on what happened, next steps, and possible outcomes. You can tell when people put their entire soul into their craft, and this office is full of those people. They have been such a bright spot in one of my most frightening moments and have made so many hours hanging in the unknown comfortable. You don’t get many vet experiences like this and I’m extremely grateful.

When I visited the Occupational Health registration desk in early January, Michelle went above and beyond to help me. Her kindness, patience, and meticulous attention to detail ensured I received the care I needed that day. Without her, it wouldn’t have been possible. She truly felt like an angel. Since last summer, I’ve frequently visited Kaiser for various appointments. Every time Michele assisted me with registration, I was always greeted with her warm smile, positive attitude, and outstanding efficiency. This January, when I required special assistance—especially since English is not my first language—Michelle once again went out of her way to provide support. She is incredibly intelligent and quick to understand what I needed, which made the process much smoother. I am deeply grateful that Kaiser has such an extraordinary team member like Michele. Her level of patience, kindness, and willingness to help sets a high standard. If all staff members embodied her qualities, every experience at Kaiser would be exceptional. Tl Laars Id like to just start by saying this, at times it seems as if people are so wrapped up in their own little world to be waited on hand over foot and all they can muster up is a one star review. I totally get that when you end up at the ER your expect to be seen as if you are the only one so you start snapping insignifacant photos of things and messes that all ( every one of the ) have. You are based on the severity of your case so be patient, raising your voice like youre the only one special, sit down. NOW, for MY review id like to add a five star honest review. I was there 12-28-24 at 1600 with my mom in law for a blood clot issue, we were seen and in a room in a timely manner based on OUR level of severity and i have GIVEN 5 stars. They do their best they can and i am greatful. Thank you ST. PETES er staff, i appreciate you.

Paige Patten I absolutely love Suzanne! She makes me feel SO comfortable and she talks her way through the entire all over body check, explaining everything. She’s very patient and lets you ask all the questions you want. I didn’t feel rushed at all. The other staff are very friendly too. Check in was a breeze.
