1 /5 Christina Peterson: After waiting for a year and 2 rounds of physical therapy. Countless hours trying to make appt and get any answers. The day finally arrived they told me to be there at 12:50. At 1:20 a nurse came out to get a patient & stated the Doc was 3 hours behind. No one called these people or mentioned anything about the Doc being so far behind. We had traveled over 100 miles for this long awaited appt and needed to be home by dark. I took an entire day off work and so did the required driver. Not even so much as a “sorry” was given. The receptionist answer was “ I didn’t know”. How can you Not know when your 5 chair waiting room is overflowing with the same people that came in 3 hrs previously. Extremely unprofessional and useless service they did not provide. Tell everyone you know that this is NOT the place to go for pain management.

1 /5 Nicholas James: I live in Poulsbo so I chose to go to the SILVERDALE Salmon Center orthopedic Dr. after my initial occupational appointment was in Tacoma. After several broken promises and unnecessary attitude from an a uniformed and mouthy receptionist in the lobby I have decide to return to Tacoma for all further treatment. It’s well worth the drive to MultiCare in Tacoma.

1 /5 John Roberts: This office is terrible at communicating with Patience. After sitting on hold for a long time. I was prompted to leave a message. I did and one on called me back. Today I called again after holding again. I was sent to voicemail again. In the message in the voicemail it offered to let me leave a message ( they probably wont call back) or press one to speek to someone. All that did was bring me back to the same voicemail box as before. We appreciate your time and the next operator will be with you shortly. Thats a f****ing lie. They dont appreciate you and youll sit in hold for as long as they want. Or you can leave a message and they wont call you back. Good luck but dont believe their lies about appreciating you or they will call you back.

2 /5 Ian: Difficult to schedule an appointment always going to voicemail. Call back times inconsistent, Or not at all . Currently playing phone tag , With the scheduling department. Hoping this is just a fluke but seeing others having the same issue.

1 /5 Joanna Gallagher: This place always disappoints. I’ve been seeing them for about a year. I recently had shoulder surgery in March. I called 3wks ago. Crickets. Never got a call back. I called yesterday and spoke to the front telling them the situation. There was no apology and they transferred me to the MA’s vm as I was talking. I hung up and called back asking for the Office Manager. I left a VM. No call back. No apology. Nothing from the Office Manager. Today one of the PA’s Medical Assistant’s called me- not the PA- one was in surgery and the other with patients. After 3 wks I couldn’t even get a phone call from a PA. Patient care doesn’t seem to be important. The older woman up front, who sits in the middle, is always rude. She never smiles or makes you feel welcome, instead the exact opposite. One of the assistants, won’t call them out completely, never calls back either, unless you call a week later asking why you haven’t heard from them. Finally, when she does call, has no clue what’s going on. The patient advocate, crickets. Nothing, never replies. I called billing and told them they billed my insurance when it was a work claim, that was a couple months ago, never heard back. From the very beginning I’ve had problems with this clinic. The administration team is awful.
